What was an issue is after paying that additional I arrived home and pulled up the plastic piece in the dash, there was a huge clump of dog hair which put me in tears. These were coverings that he showed me he would pick up and clean up under, just like he did with the cup holders now they say they say they don't do that, after showing and telling me they did. They used some kind of heat on the console and several months later that area is still dripping some kind of adhesive. It's really frustrating to have to continually clean this up.

Unfortunately, they have alot of mechanical problems and there are very rarely clean towels available to dry my car off with. I signed up for "$15.99 a month unlimited washes" on auto pay. I agreed to my credit card being charged monthly for "unlimited drive-through" washes. I'm not sure how long ago the increase happened, but I am now being charged $27.79/ month. Last month I was charged $55!!! The billing states "I did not pay my last bill I now have a balance due of $55.58... but it's on "auto pay" - and my card was charged. The problem/s is not just the fact that the machines are rarely working to their full maximum, sometimes my windshield gets cleaned and other times it doesn't, sometimes they're soap and sometimes there's not, sometimes the brushes work, and sometimes they don't.... I very rarely complain... My options are limited. However, now I'm being charged double and triple. When I tried to call and speak with someone, because I live an hour away... I have to go through AI. I'm currently waiting for someone to "call me back, directly" as per AI. I don't like the fact that I'm being charged an exuberant amount of money to drive-through a car wash, three times a month.
