Unfortunately, things did not improve once I finally met with Dr. Hines. Her attitude explained everything--when the boss is rude and doesn't listen, it trickles down. A doctor should listen to their patients, provide respectful care, and never make snap judgments without examination or explanation. This office failed me on every level.
