He lost his job and instead of caring and helping he left us to fend for ourselves. They dropped our case and then tried to blame me for it when all I was trying to do was find out what's going on of course I'm frustrated and annoyed who wouldn't be when your dealing with so called adults and they act like I'm the problem of it wasn't for me you wouldn't even of had any work. Well, even though their Yelp profile says they do employment law, and even though I told them that 3 weeks ago when I called them for a second time after I had sent them an email through here (which they never answered). Even though I made sure they were aware their yelp profile lists employment law as a specialty, it is not. They do not do employment law. So this review is for not responding to my email message, not replying to my first voicemail and not changing their specialties after I pointed out the error. After having received an explanation from the owner, I took the review up to a 4 for 2 reasons: 1 point for the explanation and apology the owner sent over. Lesson to you business owners out there who decide to stand on principle. You weren't wrong, dammit. The customer was! Well that will serve you well in your bankruptcy proceedings. Your relationship with your customer is just like your relationships with anyone else. Sometimes it's ok to say your sorry. That's all some people want to hear. Another point because I reconsidered. Worst law firm I've dealt with in regards to personal injury. I reached out to this firm. I brought my case to this firm in 2021. Me and my significant other were hit by a driver in 2021. Brian white and associates seemed to be a big help in the beginning but after my initial interview and sending over documents. The attorney that was representing my case went ghost. It was never any communication unless I reached out in regards to my case. There was no communication in regards to attorneys being switched on behalf of my case unless I reached out to the firm. I do understand that cases take time and there are several things you have to acquire in order to get the case moving forward. This is way beyond enough time in regards to receiving just an simple update. I never received an update in regards to my case still haven't received one till this day. I requested to be released from the case and they pleaded that they were going to get a move on things because the attorney that was previously representing my case was released from the Law Firm. I never recently spoke with the new attorney that was on my case as I stated previously until I gave them a call. This law firm has been a nightmare. Me and my significant other went to therapy took off work and still haven't received any update regarding our case. Recently I called and they still pleaded that they would "love to look into my case" but never look into it just give me the run around and try to keep me on the firm. I repeatedly stated no I would like to be released from the law firm. No response in regards to the process regarding release yet. Brian awhile and Associates did phenomenal at handling our 1 year old son's personal injury case. My son had a bad injury from a neglectful incident at the daycare he attended.
