Calderwood told me it was not important. I begged him to get the report. Calderwood said I would keep custody. The judge determined I made the story up, since Calderwood did not produce the report. The results are I lost custody. This has drastically changed my and my daughters lives for the worse. What a mistake. I would do anything if I could go back and not have hired Calderwood. After I fired Calderwood, I produced the report, but the judge said it was too late because courts cannot keep going back to retry every hearing and the findings and my attorney should have produced the report sooner. You are much better off representing yourself. I have nothing against him personally, just a terrible attorney.
