Donald retired, and his son took over, mishandling the estate and then quitting before settlement. It's hard to believe that this could happen.  I don't want to hold ill will towards anyone, but I feel morally obligated to share my experience and then let it go. You can read our correspondence at http://bit.ly/SloppyGreg.  It was a staggering six months after my mother's passing that the envelopes she had intended for her children finally reached us, only after we had inquired about her possessions. Greg's excuse:  "I recently found [them] in our safe." The letter she wrote about how she wanted her family and friends to remember her, including her funeral arrangements, took over a year to appear! Greg's excuse: "When I've looked at Linda's personal property list on my computer, I didn't realize it had a second page with a message," despite her numbering the pages.    After many frustrating years of politely trying to get answers and receiving evasive replies, I contacted the Florida Bar for assistance. Weeks later, attorneys Greg Medalie and Kathleen M. Molchan of Medalie & Medalie quit before fulfilling 20+ years of estate work.   I learned from the Florida Bar that the only way attorneys can be held accountable by someone who isn't their client is to sue them.  I don't want to spend any more time or my parents' hard-earned inheritance dealing with this heartache. However, I feel a strong obligation to inform others.  Last but not least,  In his legal filing for substitution of counsel (you can't make this up), Greg misspelled the name of the court ‍ http://bit.ly/SloppyGreg
