I am very glad I didn't allow him to join the interview Cause in additional to his bad attitude he completed the paperwork all wrong and even the interviewer was in shock about some of the mistakes he has done and said that some lawyers should be suspended for the poor work they do. I am sure that if he was there he would lead the conversation ( my dad does not speak good English) and will cause my father to fail or have to go through additional process. Since I was there I was able to clarify the mistakes on the spot along with my dad and the nice interviewer agreed to adjust the papers manually. Going with this guy is a bad decision!

I have been with this firm for over a year now, and they are by far the WORST when it comes to keeping their clients informed about what is happening with their cases. I have had to call them multiple times regarding my mother's case, and every time I call, they tell me to call back later. When I do, I get the same response over and over again. Yes, I understand that attorneys can get busy. However, my family and I have spent over $25,000 on their services, and the least they could do is call me back and let me know that my mother's appeal was DENIED, inform me that she was transferred to another detention center, or provide some kind of update on her case. The only times they seem to call me are when they need more MONEY to file another form (which does not work) or handle something else that requires additional payment. That has been extremely FRUSTRATING. And on top of that, I know everything was ran by Eran before getting sent into the courts; however, during my mothers court hearings, it was NOT Eran in them. It was a random man whom I had never seen. I paid for ERAN, not a RANDOM man/woman. The only person who was truly helpful was Tatianna, who, however, has left the company. Just be aware of this if you are considering hiring this firm. I wish I could get my money and time back. Edit: I have since been threatened with legal action by the owner boasting about his passing the bar exam at the top of the country. If I were currently looking for a representative I would especially be wary of any professional who publicly threatens the potential relative of a client with such drastic legal action, such as this one. I have bank statements proving exactly how much I've spent in total which is just about, if not more than, what I have stated.
