I personally know 2 people who failed the immigration interview he was present at and almost failed my dad as well.. in all 3 cases he insisted to be presented in the interview..so he can get more money of course. I didn't allow him to join me and my dad for his interview and I am thanking god for it. Alex was not happy about it at all and said that if he won't come to the interview he will not work for us anymore and I gladly told him he's fired. Trying to use poor manipulation technics. I am very glad I didn't allow him to join the interview Cause in additional to his bad attitude he completed the paperwork all wrong and even the interviewer was in shock about some of the mistakes he has done and said that some lawyers should be suspended for the poor work they do. I am sure that if he was there he would lead the conversation ( my dad does not speak good English) and will cause my father to fail or have to go through additional process. Since I was there I was able to clarify the mistakes on the spot along with my dad and the nice interviewer agreed to adjust the papers manually. Going with this guy is a bad decision!

Mr Sukkar's assistant Bill who doesn't even have a license in the state of Florida was my main point of contact. They took a check from me which they deposited while i was till in the office and only after told me they would only see my husband the following week. I retained a different attorney who got him a hearing and got him out within 48 hours. Now Sukkar and associates wont take my calls or refund my money they claim they worked all day on my case when i told Bill that i didn't want to move forward with their firm.
