Over the past 2-3 years they have kept asking questions and delaying the process of finishing this process. I have spent around $400 on emails alone (yes, they charge about $25 per email exchange). They do not respond in any other way except email, and each of those adds up. I regret everything about using this law firm. We are out $11K and have nothing to speak from it. I would sue them but they are a law firm, so I wouldn't expect to win. USE ANY OTHER LAW FIRM is my only advice. To give even more details, they admittedly forgot they were our client about a year after we started. One day my wife and I were like "What happened to our Will and Trust update?". So we contacted Brothers and they legitimately had no idea what we were referencing. I think they charged us another $$ to re-review all of our documents. What I have right now is about a dozen amendments for revisions to our original Will and Trust. Not even an actual Will and Trust, just a "plan" to revise it. If I were to finish it would cost me thousands. But, I have no idea because i cannot get a meeting with them because they are non responsive and when I try to communicate there goes another $25 to Tracy Billington for reading and responding to my email. I went a different route and paid a forensic handwriting specialist to verify that the evidence that was used against me was indeed written by the petitioner and not the person she had claimed, and it cost a whole heck of a lot less money.
