Update to the response by the office. Once again, he refuses to look at the evidence I provided. He says he specializes in wrongfully accused and I brought forward falsified and forged witness testimony that was used in court against me. I went a different route and paid a forensic handwriting specialist to verify that the evidence that was used against me was indeed written by the petitioner and not the person she had claimed, and it cost a whole heck of a lot less money. Also, when speaking with another attorney, who I was able to get a free full hour consultation from, the Snohomish county sheriff and the Snohomish Superior court clerks, they all confirmed that falsified evidence is indeed a substantial change in circumstance to modify or squash an order... read more

To start this out, I was dealing with someone who has been trying to make my life a living hell for the last 6 months. I found myself in a situation where I had to defend myself against what I felt was a frivolous protection order application from Washington (I was located out of state). Thanks to Travis Moeller at Blair & Kim, this order was denied by the judge. Travis was able to read ALL the information submitted (which was an OVERWHELMING amount meant to what I feel was gish gallop the court) and successfully and coherently argue the whole thing to the court in under 20 minutes. Excellent service. They handled my domestic violence protection and i was a respondent. It was last minute since I contacted them 2 days before the hearing. It is high cost but I was worth it to keep my record clean. The protection order was denied because if their help and obviously I did not do anything.
