Still every time I run the sweeper I get more pieces of carpet. I tried to get them to replace it a couple months after I got it because to much carpet fibers were coming out and I took them a gallon freezer bag full of what I had picked up in just 2 times using the sweeper . And they said they had it tested and it was just dirt,, I am an older lady 2 kids are grown and 2 grandsons that are grown, I dont have much company and they say my house is dirty!!!! I am a neat freak always have been and believe me you won't find dirt on my carpet. Jamie's will take your money but they definitely will not stand behind their products.. He showed up in a old beat up unmarked van which was ok but he was completely unpleasant. We paid to have the carpet taken up and rolled and tied. Well he rolled it in rolls that were too big for our trash pick up and didn't tie them. He left carpet all over my hallway and didn't offer to vacuum or sweep. I can deal with all of that BUT he left a few staples on the floor AND left his utility knife with blade open on my new carpet. I have small children, this was not ok. I then stepped on a staple and got it up my foot. I will never return to Jamie's if they let people that work like this in my home.
