We tried for more than a year to get someone to just come to the house, but Eric came within a week of our inquiry. We were opening up our first floor by taking out a wall, putting in new flooring throughout the first and second floors, installing ceiling lights, and revamping our curved staircase, which we found out was a fairly involved project. The team did an incredible job! We got estimates and had a number of meetings with him and his team before anything began. We received digital drawings of what our home would look like and they worked with us until they got everything just the way we envisioned them. The best part was the final finished product was exactly as we saw it in the renderings. We had a strict budget and Eric worked with us to stay within it, the work was done well and to our satisfaction. Our home is now more enjoyable as well as functional. We contacted Perrino in 2021 about reworking our detached garage space. It required a $2500…read moreretainer that would be put towards the build of the project. We went back and forth several times (as seen in attached emails) that the drawing measurements were not correct and our contact there agreed. While still not having correct dimensions, we were quoted $123,00+. We decided to pause to save money and work to getting the correct measurements. I contacted them in September to see if we can finalize the plans and move forward. Knowing pricing would have changed but we have saved to do this job. As you can see in the emails, we were offered a few options to move forward; one of which is paying another $2500 to the same company which didn't make sense to us. We asked to speak to an owner and Pat did reach out immediately. He clearly doesn't know the job or the situation as he said in asking to move house walls and we need new plans. I said it was detached and we never had correct plans drawn. He said they supplied plans and it's not his fault I'm unhappy and that picky. When I said we are just off by a few feet with this building he offered to come out. He asked for our address and then said we are far out and they are very busy so he wasn't sure he would continue with us as a client. I said you took our retainer and now you won't work with us? He said he would come out and see and I asked if I needed our lawyer present since he is refusing to work with us. He told me he will not come if a lawyer is present and I said ok, just us and he hung up. I sent an email recap and he finally emailed my husband. After $2500,we don't have plans for a garage after several basic attempts and a company that took our money no problem.

From the planning with Denise to the counter install to the new flooring, we had exceptional workmanship and service. The guys took on a huge job with removal of our tile flooring and replacing with LVT and it turned out so nice. They worked with us on our vacation dates and came in while we were away and completed the job. Everyone was very accomodating and the result is a gorgeous new kitchen!! Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom.  This rebuild…read moreincluded the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc).  It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror.  All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.    Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.   The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier.  We are excited to have them back for future renovations

We engaged 3 contractors to receive a bid. Sembro's took the longest to receive but for good reason. Theirs was the only one that included 3D designs. It was also helpful that they had a show room to see products in person. Paul was great to work with. Construction started and ended relatively on time. Near the end of the project we nitpicked several items we wanted addressed before officially closing the project which they took action on fast. Absolutely no problems in getting them to come over and address any issues or concerns. Very happy with all the work that was completed and would not hesitate to hire again. Only gripe I would have is how they handled the referrals we passed along to them. One project they closed on and completed a kitchen remodel. We never received a "thanks" or acknowledgment of the added business we provided them. We also passed them onto another friend to provide a quote and they ended up being ghosted. Really odd.
