I've had Odell Construction for 4 remodels. One for a remodel of my mother's kitchen (new cabinets…read moreflooring sliding glass door etc),and my house 3times, master bedroom ceiling coffered master bath all new new tub shower flooring and a new surround in my half bath, also a basement remodel ,over 8 1/2 feet of cabinetry in TV viewing area, kitchenette area also created with sink and full size refrigerator, cabinets including a pantry, can lighting in entire basement entertainment area kitchenette and additional room, they removed old glued down carpet and replaced it with ceramic tile, all over electrical sockets where required. Made a door out of matching cabinet door to cover electrical panel. Took care of all coordination with sub contractors, city permits and me Lastly I just had a total gut of my kitchen including my 2 level ceiling which has electrical plumbing vents and other stuff that all had to be lifted. All new kraft made cabinets additional pantry installed also under cabinet lighting can lights and Chandelier over dining area. Primed and painted walls and ceiling. Remove all solid wood stained doors took them back to the shop sanded primed painted white and they are beautiful. Changed all Hardware in my entire house to brushed nickle lever door knobs and hinges. Removed old kitchen tile prep the floor and replaced it with new kitchen tile. Installed a brand new window over my kitchen sink I have beautiful quartz countertops and beautiful appliances Maytag. New composite granite sink and faucet. All permits and coordination and inspections were done by Odell Construction. I did not have to worry about anything workers were prompt everyday and worked till 6 at night. Very trustworthy.before work began Justin Odell had plans for my kitchen including all the electrical connections and cabinet layouts etc , very detailed all subcontractors and Odell construction workers worked from these plans . These plans were left for me for future reference. I would highly recommend Odell Construction for any constructions you may have in your home.

I did notice his worker Dustin Siska left a positive review. I wonder how many reviews are friends and workers. I had a tree hit my house and I had them repair shingle, the crown of the chimney, chimney flashing and tuck pointing. After the flashing was complete water still came in through the flashing. I was informed, by a well known roofing company, the flashing was installed incorrectly and they used the wrong material for the crown. The work was suppose to cost $2,900.00. I paid all but $200.00, which I held until they finished the job. They never finished the job. The flashing still had issues and water came in to my house, due to their work. I informed Michael McCloskey and he responded to leave me a voicemail that he yelled at me , threatened, swore and blamed me. I only messaged him through text messages and was alway cordial. This company does not stand behind their work and will blame you when the job goes sideways. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that stands behind their product and doesn't threaten you. I still have the voicemail. This is a bad guy and company!
