Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked. I have already referred a close friend, and I am sure she will keep the trend after she visits with Dr. M and his team. I have not been so optimistic on my oral health in a long time. I gotta say, it was a good day!

I had one implant installed as a front tooth, within less than 2 years, it popped out. I came in to have it fixed and they did so. Fast forward another year and the cement broke down again to where the tooth crown popped off a 2nd time. I called to have them fix it AGAIN, and I started getting quotes for repairs. Now I paid a few grand to have the implant, one that would last at least 5 years. I came to this office, one that changes dentists like the wind, They explained to me that even though the cemented implant is expected to last a long time, it sometimes doesn't then they quoted me a repair cost. I Didn't have the full amount at the moment but was able to pay half now and the difference in a week. They did not accept that and sent me on my way with out repairing the tooth. Over the years, I had bragged at how good these guys were.. I would NEVER SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. And their implant work is shit... I was then told I am permanently blocked from booking morning appointments. This policy was never disclosed and only enforced when convenient. The staff was rude and dismissive, hiding behind "office policy" and "private business" excuses. Ironically, in all my years here, I have never canceled or been late, yet I have often waited past my scheduled time. I asked for Dr. Lein to call me directly and never received a call. This experience made one thing clear. Loyalty means nothing here and transparency is optional. They would rather lose a long-term patient than handle a single reasonable cancellation with basic professionalism.

At the very least the practice should have knocked it down to the insurance negotiated price. BUT I ASKED ABOUT THE CROWN, NOT SOME RANDOM FEE. She kept refusing to give me an estimate but kept trying to sell me a "promo" to get scans first, among other things. RED FLAG!!! I believe I have finally found the one. Dr. Benson and his office staff were all very kind and respectful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The staff returned my calls almost immediately and got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Benson will truly listen to all of your questions and take extra time making sure you feel comfortable and understand everything. His personality is also just amazing. He lights up the room when he walks in. If you're someone like me, who has felt anxiety about going to the dentist, having a provider who is a happy & caring dentist will change your whole experience. All of the fees and billing were made very clear from the beginning with no mysterious fees added afterward. In fact, I ended up paying less than originally quoted. The office itself was exceptionally clean and the waiting area was comfortable. The dentistry chair I was in had a lovely view and was rather relaxing. I loved that I was able to pick a movie to watch, which was the Santa clause. The joyous movie in addition to the considerate and relatively gentle approach Dr. Benson takes with his procedures left me with no discomfort at my visit.
