They're supposed to be mental health professionals but they don't treat their patients like they matter. That's not okay under any circumstances but never in healthcare.

He didn't budge one bit until I finally got better and was able to talk to him (over the phone, when he had time. yes, I had to be on his schedule to address my health issues that led me to the emergency room). I was later told by a Pharmacist that he mentioned something about me while speaking to this pharmacist which may or may not have been in an attempt to give me issues with filling the script. I can't get into more details due to legal reasons but the fact that the pharmacist had in their personal notes about me in the pharmacy database they use, was shocking and probably the reason I had several issues every time I went. Luckily my Pharmacist is awesome and let me know. An update will be most certainly given as I am awaiting some more information and looking into some actions to take to make sure no one else ever goes through this. Stay tuned.

On a daily basis I moan, groan and gripe to do the easiest things from brushing my teeth to an average household tasks. Owning a small business my clients rely on me to be able to fulfill orders and keep content and merchandise fresh. Without adequate care my quality of life has been horrid. They do not prescribe just to prescribe. This is a legit establishment and they have quite the Roster of Doctors on they're Team that all have unique areas of training in different areas of pain management So it's a safe bet that someone on they're Team can help find the best treatment plan for anyone in need of Pain Management. Thanks for helping me get my life back! 5 years after initial review update below Treatment has progressed. I have been able to play golf. Pain is managed to a maintainable level. Been more active and actually lost weight over this period. My Apple Watch shows significantly more active in exercise and being able to enjoy life. Breathe more fresh air touch, grass, and explore the globe. A total 180 from my way of life prior to MAPS. The process has also been expeditiously quicker. Employees are kind courteous and professional and mindful of patients time to be sure your inn and out in a timely fashion. GS

They say not to come for 2nd half of appt & then charge $95-$100. Not cool. Most places will still fit you in if you wait a bit when that happens. Not here. You'd think they'd have a little understanding if they really cared about their patients' wellbeing (vs. just $$$). They also charge an extra $15 fee for ordering supplements in addition to their markup (and shipping). This is a pricy place, and they care more about money than people. Very disappointing.
