The next morning, we called again and were told delivery that day was not possible. We explained Monday would not work and rescheduled for the next Friday instead. We were told we'd be "at the top of the list." We also left a message requesting a call from a manager--no one ever followed up. Friday came, and we called to confirm delivery. Again, we were told it would arrive by 7 PM (so much for the "top of the list"). By 7:30 PM, still no delivery and no communication.
