When my husband insisted that the price quoted ($2700 door only+install, no opener or add-ons) was too high, he got quite angry and insisted that we wouldn't be able to get a better price anywhere. After we insisted, he went out to his car to "talk to his boss" and then stormed back inside to grab his computer, saying "yeah, we're out, I'm not gonna take that kind of cut" and was ranting about "why did you even call me out if you thought you were getting a better price from someone else". Even though he had been so kind and personable up until that point, when he sensed the deal might not go through, he got borderline aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. Shady, aggressive, tactics overall. I'm glad we passed because we got a double steel door for $700 less from another contractor. I wouldn't give them my business if they were the last garage door installer in the city.

Contacted Ohio Mulch and was told they are putting less sand and compost in their growers blend. Ohio Mulch would not stand behind their product quality. Been buying soil and mulch products from Ohio Mulch for over 40 years. Will never purchase any product from Ohio Mulch again. Would not recommend Ohio Mulch. Customer service is terrible.

After continued arguing, he eventually said the much I wanted was $3.49/bag, which was $0.50/bag more than my original purchase (no where near triple). Went into the office to pay the $0.50 difference, no where in the office did it say "all sales are final." Then the manager, after looking into the system, said the mulch I wanted (which he originally said was "triple the price") was the same price as what I originally paid. After taking what I purchased, when getting home, I looked on Ohio Mulch's website, the "Refund/Return policy," says on non-bulk purchases, with a receipt, they fully refund within 30 days of purchase. I called the corporate office, they did confirm they do not have an "all sales are final" policy. Extremely poor customer service!
