She told me I would have to go get this item in the store to exchange regardless of how large it is. My favorite part is how after you carry the giant item through the store back to the customer service desk you get to wait in line again!!! I asked for the manager and she ignored me, i generally have a pleasant experience here but not today. It was pitiful. Do better.
