Freakin' fantastic business. We just bought a new house here in Austin that had many outdated fans, blinds and light fixtures. Had used these guys a few times and they were amazing! Unfortunately having repeat business is something they aren't into. A couple weeks ago, I was going back and forth with the owner, and had a few pallets and bushes to pick up, we scheduled a time, and poooooof....vanished, never heard from anyone and left me high and dry. I then followed up only to be ignored. This is unacceptable. You could of cancelled, or shot me a text or simply said no. Instead you no show, as well as ignore. I'm sure now after this one star I'll get a txt, or they will reply with either a lie, or something on the grounds of a mix up etc. just a shame to see a small business just burn bridges. I found an alternative, and I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. Better pricing, and great reliability that value repeat business. What a concept!?
