Our server was very kind, and the wait for the food wasn't too long. My partner and I split the Bouchée à la Reine and Foie gras. Both were delicious! The bouchée was a pastry and was practically dessert (although savoury). Foie gras was served with white wine jelly. They had 4 single user washrooms (although 2 are labeled gents, and two ladies).

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his rabbit with apricots, and I loved my pike perch with pike dumpling, small vegetables strips with ginger and fresh coriander which was beautifully presented. From the list of various röestis (potato and cheese garnished casserole), my friend picked the one with thick piece of pancetta and egg on top, which was a rustic, hearty, and simple dish. It was a bit heavy so I recommend you share it with a few friends. Alsace offers a wealth of gastronimic joy, I really need to explore France more!!! Vive la France!
