Just happened by this place at mealtime and stopped. It sits right on the shore of a lake and is also a hotel I think.
We had perch dusted in flour and fried and they were very good. The filets couldn't have been more than twice the size of your thumb. They were accompanied by English peas (petits pois) and small roasted potatoes. They have a local supplier who raises perch, trout, and frogs in a private lake nearby. We got lucky in the middle of nowhere and had a very enjoyable meal. If I came back again and had an equal meal, I'd give them four stars. read more
