When I answered he started screaming and cursing at me telling me I gave the insurance company the wrong address for the mechanic and threatening to drop it where he was at or impound it to his lot where "I would have to deal with him." I standing in the middle of a professional business establishment asked him to remain professional and tried to give him the proper address. I had to walk outside due to his continued screaming, cursing, and threats. After I had finally gotten a word in edge wise to give him the address and ask for his manager he told me he was the "******* owner." I called the insurance company back detailed my experience suggested that they do not use his service in the future and asked them what address they had given him. They had given him the proper address in the first place as it turns out it was his mistake. I can only assume he wrote it down wrong. I have never in my life received such poor unprofessional service. I was ready to call the police if he did not get my car to where he was being paid by my insurance company to take it. He should not have a business license as far as I'm concerned.

If Shawn is such an honest guy, as you initially touted to me, he would have told you HE MOVED THAT BARREL & then told me to drive in & he'd start the carwash. It never started, not one drop of water was ever released. Shawn even apologized to me saying he was sorry he didn't realize it was not working. I was even told to come back in the Springtime for a free wash. I hope my reviews give future potential customers pause before taking their vehicle to your service center. Again with the false accusations. Any still pictures you claim to have of "a woman moving your barrel" is not me. I'm pretty sure the alternator stopped working on my car. I got it pulled into a parking space at…read moreWalmart and it lost all electrical power. The power doors and Windows didn't work and the car wouldn't start at all. I called 5 different towing companies at around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. One of them didn't answer the phone. I told each of the other 4 where I was and where I wanted the car towed about 5 miles away. I got estimates of $95 to over $150. I also asked how long it would take for them to get to me. Capital City Towing told me I would be 4th on their wait list and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. When I called P&M Towing, not only were they the least expensive but they also gave me the quickest response time. They said they could be to my car within 40 minutes, and they were accurate with that estimate. It was starting to get dark and cold by the time they arrived so I was really happy to see them. The guy handled picking up my car extremely professionally and efficiently. I rode in the truck to the shop. The truck was extremely clean (and warm!). The driver was friendly and cleanly dressed. He accepted my card for payment. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. 10/10.
