I'm pretty sure the alternator stopped working on my car. I got it pulled into a parking space at…read moreWalmart and it lost all electrical power. The power doors and Windows didn't work and the car wouldn't start at all. I called 5 different towing companies at around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. One of them didn't answer the phone. I told each of the other 4 where I was and where I wanted the car towed about 5 miles away. I got estimates of $95 to over $150. I also asked how long it would take for them to get to me. Capital City Towing told me I would be 4th on their wait list and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. When I called P&M Towing, not only were they the least expensive but they also gave me the quickest response time. They said they could be to my car within 40 minutes, and they were accurate with that estimate. It was starting to get dark and cold by the time they arrived so I was really happy to see them. The guy handled picking up my car extremely professionally and efficiently. I rode in the truck to the shop. The truck was extremely clean (and warm!). The driver was friendly and cleanly dressed. He accepted my card for payment. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. 10/10.
