Nice guys but the screens and tracks were barely wiped down. I called and was given excuses. They said the screens were broken. I have taken the screens off myself, washed them with a soapy rag, rinsed with a hose and put them back. Not sure why they called them broken. With a little more effort they would have had a repeat customer. Sorry I can't recommend them. read more

Run don't walk from this guy. Showed up at our door in person on time for the appt (which was confirmed twice, including just two days ago). Travis/Ray C business owner "postponed" because he was "sick". He did look bad: either very hung-over or had the covid (no mask). We were one of his first customers when he left Blue Sky. Not the same guy. Rebuttal to Travis: No question he was sick: either had a nasty hangover or covid. Either way, showing up in person doesn't square with his rationale for "not spreading germs". Reliability is everything in business, professionalism is another priority. Travis has neither. read more

Travis & Ray did a great job washing windows on our 2-story house. They were on time, they worked efficiently & safely with up to date equipment (there is more than you think about window washing), they promptly sent me an insurance certificate before the job, and they communicated well with texts, emails, quote & receipt. Main things: they know what they are doing and they are nice, courteous, honest guys. Our South-facing, 2nd story windows are 25' up from a 4' paved walkway at our property boundary. No ladder was necessary on our neighbor's property, and no problem for Travis & Ray because they have the right equipment. read more

Outstanding results. Travis and Ray are very personable and professional. They did a great job on our odd-shaped two-story house's many windows. They even did the bathrooms' mirrors and the bedrooms' closet mirrors. They vacuumed our window sills and cleaned all the screens as well. All our glass is so clean it is as if nothing is there. The price was fair and they showed up when they said they would, actually a few minutes early. I will definitely hire them again. read more

Buyer Beware. This company has unethical business practices. They don't provide a written estimate of costs and then make up reasons and justifications for charging more than the stated price on their website. They did not honor the senior discount stated on their website so they probably won't honor the veterans discount they advertise either. They make up policies and prices that do not appear on their website and that they have not informed the customer. Good Luck! read more
