I love Sierra Maintenance. The ease of scheduling an appointment, payment options, customer service, the actual service and results have not disappointed. A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. It's been a number of years since our dryer vent was cleaned but now it's super clean and the air flow is greatly improved (air speed went from 7 mph to 11 mph)! They definitely deserve the 5 star ratings they get. I was looking to have ~200ft of gutters cleaned with gutter guards installed. They were able to submit a reasonable quote online by looking at the house from google and came the next week to get the job done in a single day. Only charged about $10/ft and our gutters are 1.5 stories up! They filled our green waste with all the crap in the gutters, installed guards with lifetime warranty, and bolted them (not just clipped them in). Highly recommend if you are in the market for gutter guards. Oh, and on a side note, avoid leafguard--I had a rep have to physically come out for a quote and they tried to give a hard sell quoting 5x as much as Sierra Vista, so save some time and go with these guys! 5 stars! read more

With such a great job on the windows I'm assuming the solar panels are sparkling as well.
