I love Sierra Maintenance. The ease of scheduling an appointment, payment options, customer service, the actual service and results have not disappointed. A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. They definitely deserve the 5 star ratings they get. I was looking to have ~200ft of gutters cleaned with gutter guards installed. They were able to submit a reasonable quote online by looking at the house from google and came the next week to get the job done in a single day. Only charged about $10/ft and our gutters are 1.5 stories up! They filled our green waste with all the crap in the gutters, installed guards with lifetime warranty, and bolted them (not just clipped them in). Highly recommend if you are in the market for gutter guards. Oh, and on a side note, avoid leafguard--I had a rep have to physically come out for a quote and they tried to give a hard sell quoting 5x as much as Sierra Vista, so save some time and go with these guys! 5 stars! read more

Amazing service! I called several companies, some of them charged 3 x the price or were booking months out but not Sierra Vista Maintenance! I called Friday 11/1 to find out info and a quote, they booked me for Monday 11/4 for a chimney cleaning and inspection. I received email reminders and a text with the techs info and location tracking so I knew exactly when they were arriving and who they were. The tech Steve was really professional, friendly, and took the time to check out an old chimney cap that fell off. I was looking to get my dryer duct cleaned. When I contacted a company to get a quote. Yelp sent the request to a lot of companies. Didn't like that and I received a lot of shady offers. One company gave me a quote and when they showed up they tripled it. Showed them the door. Elijah showed up from Sierra Vista after they gave me a quote for dryer vent and HVac ducts.
