After using Bailey Boys for several years, it's time for an update, which is unfortunately negative. While their prices have continued to rise, which is understandable, the value has dropped. After a text quote of 275.00, I scheduled for May 22. Only one person showed up to do all of the work, which was rather poor (streaks and smudges were left). At the conclusion of the work, he stated that it would be 295.00 and when I mentioned the text quote, he just shrugged. I didn't want to put an employee in the position of negotiating price, so I paid it. Mind you, I only have a total of 8 windows in a two-story townhouse. About 2 weeks later, I discovered that one of my screens had been torn free of the frame from two of the four sides. It was ruined, and had to be replaced. Bailey Boys does not have any type of waiver protecting them from this sort of damage, and I find it both disappointing and unprofessional that the employee did not acknowledge the damage when it was caused. I contacted Bailey Boys via the email address listed on their website on June 7 to notify them of the issue and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. I do not, nor did I, expect any type of compensation for the damage, but I do believe that at the very least an acknowledgement and an apology were in order. I will not be using their services again. read more

I hired Bailey Boys Services to clean my gutters. Scheduling was easy, all done online, and they were out within a couple of days. They did show up very early, which I didn't love as I was not available to answer the door at that time, but they went straight to work anyway and I just checked in when I could. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up the mess they made in the process. Easy experience. Extra shout out for making the scheduling so easy, and online. When reaching out via Yelp projects so many companies respond just saying "call us." I find these responses a bit annoying...if I wanted to pick up the phone and call people for quotes I would have just done that from the start. read more

Your incompetent driver almost hit a bicyclist because he was trying to avoid a red light after speeding only too illegally swerve through a parking lot just to make it to the light ahead. Looked at a few pressure wash places for my back patio. it had been 26+ years since it was installed without cleaning it. It was growing moss and getting slippery when wet! Called Bailey Boys and Chris and his assistant did a fantastic job. To me, it looks as good as new! I'm so happy with the cleaning! Had a good experience working with Bailey Boys to clean the gutters on our two story home. They were very quick in responding to my initial estimate request, then were also quick to get me on their schedule and get the work done. Billy came out and he was very friendly and efficient. I think he finished the cleaning in about 30 minutes. Leaves and sediment were manually removed and then the gutters and downspouts were flushed. The whole experience was quick and painless. Their service was excellent and, while expensive, did deliver good value for the risks involved in getting up to the highest gutters. One caveat: when I called back for a redo of just the lowest gutters, the quoted price was far above expected, considering the ease of the job. The two workers showed up exactly on time, and proceeded to clean out our gutters from all the debris, not an easy job!
