I recently went into the dealership with my wife because we are in the market for a car. As we entered, the people sitting at the front desk declined to give us any attention or willing to ask what we are in for. Not even a "Hello". We kept walking around the show room looking a the displayed cars, more than 20 minutes had passed by now and still no one came over to ask if we needed any help or had questions. So many of their employees were just casually reclining on their chairs and using their phones. Eventually we just walked out and got into or car and left. This was a weekday, 2pm hardly any customers there, not some busy weekend. I have never seen such an unwelcoming place, where customer service is absolutely terrible, infact non-existent. By the sound of it, it seems this is a common issue and that would put the blame on management. Get your employees of their phones and maybe actually help the customers that come in for your service! read more

Amazing Car, Made a appointment as we came up from out of town. Agreed on price in five minutes and had financing secured before we went up. Took 5 hours.... Sales rep was very nice. But so is the person i stop to get my coffee at. I expected knowledge in there product and smooth transaction. Got neither. They did not return our calls when we returned home and had questions. The G.M. did reach out but only in attempt to understand not to fix the miss understanding. Was a total mess and would highly recommend a Audi. But would not recommend anyone to purchase at the Bellevue Dealership. Its part of Autonation and received better service getting my clothes dry cleaned. Get everything in writing. We did but in the end after a few days passed they did not fallow threw. To far to drive back up there and get it right and done with any negativity from taking away from our fabulous new car... Their service advisors never cease to amaze me how much more they are focused on making money compared to making their customers happy. Just a month ago I did a big repair with them for which I paid over 3k, which went well over their initial estimate, which was especially surprising taking into account their "10% OFF" promotion at the moment. A few days after repair, I've started my car and engine began to vibrate and check engine light came up. I checked error codes (with code reader from AutoZone) - "possible open electrical circuit on a driver side of the engine". The same day vibration goes away, and few weeks later I schedule the visit to Audi service center to make sure there was nothing serious about it. What do they do after me showing print our (from AutoZone) with a specific error code and asking to double check electrical wiring if there any issues occurred after their previous repair?! They take it as an opportunity to charge me $160 for diagnostics, just to tell me that they saw sporadic error code, but it is not active now. Of cause, they mentioned that car still has some minor old issues and quotes price tag for fixing those. :-) Thankssss.... Well, $160 is very expensive for engine code check up, especially because I highly doubt they even looked at those wires (my original request). Obviously, it was too much to expect that they could take responsibility for issues occurring soon after their repair when it's always easier to be creative and fix blame on something else. Just one more reminder for myself to stay away from this overpriced and unreliable place. read more

Brought car in for a recall at 7:30 Tuesday and still waiting for it to be done. Oh yeah its 10:00 Wednesday. I have had such bad luck with this dealership and Autonation all together. I puchased a Mercedes GL450 that we had horrible problems with and was never fixed correctly; the steering still vibrates. I've had a Ram 2500 that took 5 days to fix a recall on. The list goes on so I have committed to never purchasing from Autonation again. My current Audi was purchased from a dealer an hour away and we decided to purchase the prepaid maintenance...mistake. Had a really great experience with Brian and the team at Audi Bellevue! After having a horrendous experience trying to purchase a car at another dealership and losing out, we came here and received amazing service from Brian! The car we looked at was in prime condition, and priced appropriately for what it's true value was, so obviously great deal. Had been through a thorough inspection, and Brian even printed us out a copy of the report for us to look over along with the Carfax. Ended up signing paperwork that evening for the car, but ran into an issue that prevented us from getting the car that evening, even with a pre-approval letter. Audi was nice enough to hold the car until we could get things sorted with BECU. Great communication within the team to get us taken care of. Got everything cleared the next day, came in the following day to finish signing paperwork and headed home with our new car! Knocked off a star because BECU informed us the reason why we had issues with the application/paperwork was caused by information submitted on the application (my address) not matching up with our pre-approval and it was then flagged for extra verification. Also felt somewhat pressured to sign up for insurance when finalizing paperwork with Joey. We declined GAP and the additional service, but he kept asking if we were sure and as to why we were declining. My partner, his brother and both of our fathers are all mechanics and have worked on cars their entire lives, and we have a family friend who owns an insurance company and could provide GAP for us at a discounted price. Didn't feel it was necessary in our situation and felt somewhat uncomfortable having to explain our decision to decline. If they didn't have experience or knowledge, I would have considered getting that additional insurance as it would seem worth it for individuals who don't necessary know much about car maintenance. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle with them! read more

Shady sales tactics, but excellent service department if you buy the actual car elsewhere. I attempted to purchase a vehicle through the Costco auto program. They really did not want to deal with me, but a dealer cannot choose to be in the Costco program for some customers and not for others. Yes, it was a $130K MSRP and they wanted to gouge someone, not make a deal, but that's the price of playing of admissions for the Costco program. You should not take the sales leads and then attempt to gouge; pick one. After four visits attempting to find out the actual Costco price, the best I ever did was "I'm sure we can work something out". That's not how it's supposed to work. I wound up purchasing my S8 from Chicago and having it shipped here. Took four emails, or about 10% of the effort of dealing with my local Audi dealer. On the other hand, service there since I bought it elsewhere has been excellent. Over time my wife made it her car, and they've been exemplary. I just wouldn't buy there. read more

I visited Audi Bellevue a few times since 2016. Piss poor sales reps. The last sales person just needed to do the paperwork and hand over the car. I did not do the test drive here. I put a $1000 deposit on a hard to find new incoming vehicle. The vehicle was so hard to find in exact Prestige configuration, I almost went through the sale. The purchase (not lease) discount I negotiated was fair as well, over 11% total discount off MSRP. HOWEVER I took back my refundable deposit, because the service was extremely bad. The sales person was rude from the start and clearly stated he doesn't care about my purchase or supporting me. If you are willing to buy brand new from a dealership, go to somewhere better that values you as a customer. Luxury German cars like Audi deserve better than the Bellevue dealership. A couple of months ago, my husband and I decided to go with Audi Bellevue as our car dealer, simply because Vivian Nguyen and soon after that Sodi So, from your sales department, were so amazing in answering our questions,working on the car's final price with us and ultimately getting the car to us way before schedule. All was great, until your finance manager, Joey Rothstein stepped into the picture. Once Sodi handed us off to him, it was all downhill from there on. While Joey worked to get us the BEST interest rate possible, we waited at Sodi's desk. Prior to that Joey did not even think that it might be worth asking if we shopped around for interest rates, what was our immigration status etc. I think Sodi did inform him that we were on a work Visa here but he did not bother to question if we had a green card approval or not. He just wanted to work his numbers. After about 25 minutes or so, he comes to get me, my husband and another family member back to his office. When he informed us of the BEST interest rate of 4.19% we told him that we had a 3.2% interest rate from First tech, to which quote he replied: "You should have told me this earlier. I just spent the last 30 minutes talking to Bank of America for nothing." While getting us the interest rate, he also assumed that we had zero down and never bother to check anything with us. Whenever he had to re-work on anything due to his lack of information gathering, he seemed so pissed. This was just the start of a bad conversation that was to follow for the next three hours. He thought it was appropriate to continue using an insulting tone with us, even when selling us the Audi extended warranty along with other sells. He wanted to prove us wrong in everything, from our decision to buying and not leasing a car (I guess the dealership makes more money in leasing or whatever was his incentive) to our decision of not purchasing the tire and windshield protection. All we said was that forums online say that Audi care is negotiable, so is there room to negotiate, which I think was a perfect lead for him to start his "lets pressurize these folks into buying other things that they don't clearly want". During this entire time on several occasions he went on to attack my husband, who is a very knowledgeable about the things he invests in. It was almost like he was competing with my husband on spec of our car, the way insurance works etc. The cherry on the cake, when we told him that we will buy Audi care for whatever was the quoted price and move on with the transaction, as we were there for 3 hours now, and if he would accept the down payment of $18,000 on our credit card, he says "No, as you guys seem to be the only ones winning here". Really?? I am buying a car from you and I bought the Audi care that he wanted me to buy and he still says this? The situation had gone so bad that my family member decided to step in and take the conversation with Joey in a separate room, while me and my husband sat there contemplating that we might as well loose our $1000 deposit and just leave the car at the dealership just so that Joey could realize that talking to any customer like this, however hard your sales targets are, is NOT acceptable. At the end of his conversation with our family member, he simply walks in, accepts the credit card and ends the transaction. No apology what so ever, cause I guess he never thought that he had attitude issues. We walked out of Audi Bellevue with a massive headache and negative mood, not able to enjoy the moment of owning a new car. read more

My wife leased a 2020 Q5 in March after the Sales Manager assured her they'd take care of her 3 remaining lease payments for her MDX. They LIED and instead reduced the total lease by the corresponding dollar amount. They just shoved a bunch of papers in front of her and told her she could return the supposedly paid off MDX at her leisure. This caused her to "miss" 3 payments and impacted her credit. All because the Audi Sales Manager lied to make a sale. We reached out to BBB and the WA Attorney General for deceptive business practices but they basically told us we're on our own. Buyer Beware. Will definitely tell everybody that asks to take their business elsewhere or risk getting scammed. read more

This is probably one of my least pleasant experiences in spending $70k. First Alex was awesome to work with as was our finance person, but we were handed off to the smug ass Muhsin to be our salesman. All we were to him was an annoyance. We setup our appointment, came in and finished up picking out the finance option we wanted. (We even came in the night before so they could evaluate the trade in to speed up the process). I noticed what I guessed was out new sq5 in a bay with a big bow on it. I thought how cool. I have always wanted a proper delivery for a new car. As we were waiting on the finance paperwork Muhsin comes and grabs the keys and says he is pulling our car up next to our trade in to move stuff over. I tell him it's all in a small box and ready so not a big deal. Next thing I know the bow is off, it's outside and next to our trade in. I go out and move the box and car seat over. We then go in, sign our papers. We come out, and my wife says she needs 15 min or so to deal with a business call and Muhsin basically tells us he is busy, has overbooked himself with another client and can't show us the car. He gives me a quick 5 min overview without my wife and says if we need help to call one of the other sales people. This Isn't some Chevy...this was an Audi with every package possible on it most of which we have never seen. We hadn't even had a chance to see any of it pre purchase. We both leave after a while to head back to work and my poor wife spends time trying to figure the stuff all out between appts. What a freakin let down. Why the hell have a delivery room, bow on car, and never bring your clients over to present their car? I have owned well over 100 cars. Over half nice euro premium cars. I have always insisted on buying one a couple years old with some mileage for 1/2 the price. My wife talked me into buying an actual NEW one...I actually got kind of excited thinking of all these cars, I have never gone through a proper delivery. I have been over to BMW, Audi, Porsche, MB in Germany through all their facilities many times and am always impressed by their delivery process. Kind of got my hopes up. Muhsin and AutoNation killed that for me. Not sure how many more 70k new vehicles I have in my future but kind of sucks my first was underwhelming at best. My wife has followed up today with him only to be sent off to someone else. Not his problem. What a demeaning prick. I am sure the car is awesome as all my Audi's have been. We had a very good experience shopping at Audi of Bellevue. I decided not to go for the car but each of our interactions with staff and salespeople was very positive and comfortable. We felt valued and respected and trusted as customers and potential buyers. They are a high end dealer and they are respectful of their customers' time. No high pressure sales tactics! Since I didn't go through the negotiation and purchasing process, I cannot speak to that. However, I was very pleased with our experience at the dealership. If this could be a negative star rating, that's what I'd give it. You buy the vehicle and then in the financing (signing), for the vehicle they push all these service packages for you to buy. Almost using scare tactics about your new car! Fast forward a few months after you lease or buy your new car, heaven forbid you need any work done on it, because in my own experience they A) never called me to approve work on my car B) charged me for the work I never approved before (when I say approved, I mean called and gave me a heads up that work is being done that I would have to pay for) C) loaner cars are scarce D) shuttle bus only drops within a five mile radius E) when I brought my car in for a dead battery they made it seem like they didn't want to service my car (remember brand new?! ) F) their service from customer service is lacking G) constant barrage of email and call from sales associate asking me to turn my lease in early (without any knowledge that I paid my lease off. Why would I want to pay for a new car when the one I have is new and paid for?) This Audi dealership has failed me as a customer many times over and although, at first I'd have gladly recommended anyone and everyone to buy here; unfortunately my song has changed to one of beware and to stay away. Stay far away. Remember I leased a brand new 2016 in December of 2015, and have discovered that they're not all they're cracked up to be. I've owned and leased at least three other Audi's before this and have seen the service go down dramatically. read more

Extremely bad experience at this Audi location. The service team was not very great. They charge higher than seattle Audi and do not even have the courtesy to wash their customers car when given for servicing. I was told their car washing Center is being built, so they cannot clean my car and gave me brown bear coupon which only wash from outside and not inside. Really!! You are charging 3X price for servicing the car compared to any other servicing company and this is how you treat your customers. I will never ever give my car for servicing here again. read more

When the ownership was under the Barrier brand these dealerships where a class act, under the present Autonation management it's closer to the stereotypical sleazeball dealership employees. I ended up walking away from a new car purchase because of the behavior of one employee "Gene". He is a rude, condescending, fat asian. One of his counterparts at Mercedes told me he's known in the dealership as a "fucking asshole". I really couldn't agree more. There were issues with the car that the dealership initially acknowledged but later backtracked on. The personal behavior the the dealership staff was so poor it became besides the point and I walked. Do yourself a favor if your going to spend nearly 100k or more, go to a dealership that appreciates your business and has the intelligence to hire staff that understands basic courtesy. I'm first I want to say I test drove quite a few cars before choosing the Audi Q7. I have a family of 5 and the Q7 was the smallest car I found that fit all of us comfortably without going to a massive full size suv. Our family is not tall so it worked perfectly. The car is solid and the driving experience is amazing. I opted for a 2018 q7 premium plus and love it! The comparable Mercedes,volvo, Lexus, infinity and even Porsche either didn't have the space , the interior wasn't as nice, or it didn't drive as nice. Go for the 3.0 vs 2.0 as the 2.0 is underwhelming behind the wheel. The salespeople and even the finance rep were first class, non pressure and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the buying experience and I am a salesperson so am picky when it comes to good sales etiquette. Thank you Audi Bellevue for a great car buying experience. Although it probably makes it a bit easier with such great cars. I drove a bmw prior to this and feel like I don't miss it! read more

Honestly, I will work hard to avoid this dealership. I am writing this review in their parking lot. You come in to seriously look at purchasing a 60k plus vehicle and I spend 35 minutes looking at the vehicle in the show room and not a single person takes a moment to even greet you. A simple "hello, has someone helped you or someone will be right with you." I totally understand being busy and closing the deals you are working on but common courtesy is an infectious thing! It's got to be bad at this place staring from the top. Good management would NEVER let this happen. It's a drag but I will drive to Seattle or even Tacoma from Mill Creek to get perceived better service. Nothing good can come of an experience like this for a future partnership. Yesterday my wife and I bought a used Subaru Outback from Terry. We've bought several cars over the years and I can say this was the single best sales experience we've ever had. We have always had a good experience with Bellevue Audi. We have used them for years to do the big maintenances that are hard to do in a home garage and been very happy with the work. This last weekend we decided it was time to retire our aging '01 Allroad and look at finding a new car. Brandon was super helpful and nice, and worked his butt off to find the cars we were interested in despite the 90F+ heat. I test drove the Q3 and then the Allroad. When I realized I wanted to compare the Q3 again, as the acceleration was not quite what I wanted, Brandon was totally cool with that (despite me totally feeling like a jerk about it). I'm going to lay out the reasons why I think the customers should avoid this dealer to buy Audi at all cost. The same owner who runs Audi Bellevue, who also owns Seattle University Audi, and Tacoma Audi. So you get the picture. I remember those reps who weren't that nice or being respectful, I noticed they all got transferred over to the other dealers in their own network to continuously promote disgustingly low level of customer services. By low level of customer service, I mean one of the tall blonde white guy just standing there and who never bother you to greet you or anything unless you speak to them first and even if you are the one that who spoke to him first, the response that I got from him was full of snarky remarks or that the type of condescending tone of voice made me almost feel like that I shouldn't have bought the car there I wouldn't buy any car or get any service done from them. Shortly after having first service done from them, the car started making unusually loud noises under the hood. I brought it in multiple times for inspection, they didn't even bother to fix it or gave me options what they are going do with the issue, even though the car was still under warranty, and it was only used for year and an half since I purchased the car. But the funny thing is when I brought the car in at the other dealer where it was far, far away from here, they instantly identified the problem right away, and I've been told that they were going to contact Audi HQ about the issue to get it fixed. They were kind of shocked as to how on earth that the other technicians from Bellevue Audi who weren't able to identify the issue at the first place and left customer's car untreated this long. They apologized to me as they were part of the Audi program network, even though they are not the dealer who mistreated customer like the way how I got treated from Bellevue Audi and Seattle's University Audi. I was trying to buy a car and was stood up by the sales guy after scheduling 4 days in advance. After rescheduling for a week later, i showed up, waited for 10 minutes, and then was told they had sold the car I was interested in. Absolutely horrible service. I do not recommend going through Michael (Mike) at audi of bellevue. Never even got to meet him because he blew me off 2 weeks in a row, lied to me about the car being in the shop, and then sold the car the day of my appointment without giving me a call. Very positive experience purchasing used car from Sean W. ------ I went to Audi of Bellevue to purchase a 2010 Lexus IS250 AWD. Sean was one of the best salespersons I dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about the car (even though this was a Lexus at an Audi dealer) and when he didn't know something, he immediately looked it up on his phone before the test drive was over. After the test drive, I was interested in the car, but thought the price was too high. Sean pulled up the kbb for us to look at the value together. He even looked on other sites for similar vehicles. Even though we did go back and forth a few times, the negotiation process was very transparent, painless and never did I feel pressured. After making the final deal with Sean and Lucas, I ended up purchasing the car and I'm very pleased. They stayed late after the dealership closed until I filled out all the paperwork and even cleaned the car again before I took it over. They followed up a few times with emails asking how everything is going and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend going to see Sean W when purchasing your next car! One more note: I've taken a previous Audi to this dealer and their service department is top notch. They do high quality work, are always honest and provide outstanding customer service.
