We purchased our car from Audi Vaughan 8 years ago and have had our car serviced at the same location since then, including changing the winter tires. In the spring we had our winter tires changed back to the regular tires at Audi Vaughan. Since winter is here again, we needed to get the winter tires back on, but have moved far away so went to a nearby Canadian Tire. At Canadian Tire, the mechanic said they tried one tire but couldn't get the locks off because it was stripped and we'd have to go back to the dealer to get the locks removed. Yesterday we had an appointment at Audi Vaughan and had a horrible experience. We explained the situation to Alessandra, who kept changing her story and gaslighting us. We explained that no one had touched the tires since Audi Vaughan changed the tires in the spring (until we took it to Canadian Tire), so the stripping must have happened by the staff at Audi Vaughan. Alessandra initially said all 4 locks were stripped, and quoted us approximately ~$600 to have the locks removed, and another ~$200 to change the tires. We asked for a manager and spoke with Romana, explaining that the only way this could have happened is by Audi Vaughan in the spring. Alessandra said there was "100% NO WAY" the team here could have caused it because they are "licensed" and always "tighten the wheels BY HAND" and if they had stripped the locks they would have said they did it at the time. Obviously the mechanic needs to use TOOLS to tighten the wheels and of course could have caused the damage. Our appointment was at 9:30am. At ~1pm the story changes and Alessandra says there were 3 locks that were stripped and asked if we want to get the tires changed too. We declined getting the tires changed. The work was completed around 1:30pm and I asked for the stripped locks. Then the story becomes 1 lock was stripped and 2 were seized and the seizing was caused by rust/corrosion and again could not be Audi Vaughan's fault. This is nonsensical - a very simple Google search advises that a common cause of both stripping and seizing is OVERTIGHTENING. Audi Vaughan refused to take accountability for their error, but "as a courtesy" and "out of the goodness of their hearts" (direct quotes) did not charge for changing the tires and applied a 15% discount. To get our car back we had to pay $631.05, nevermind all the time lost. If they didn't screw up our wheels we could have had the tires changed elsewhere for $150! Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY from Audi Vaughan! They only care about protecting themselves, not about the customer. read more

Audi Vaughan has provided me with the worst vehicle purchasing experience. Salesperson Josh lacks the necessary knowledge to effectively communicate details such as down payment and monthly versus biweekly payments. We were initially quoted zero down, but the actual amount exceeded $5,000.00. Josh also claimed that he would help us save money, but our payments doubled. Management has been unresponsive and unwilling to accept responsibility for these issues. When questioned about finding a resolution, the manager provided irrelevant information about her educational background. Although Audi Vaughan claims to have a satisfaction policy, we were informed that returning the vehicle was not an option. I have been disappointed by the dealership's lack of accountability. Issue: Starter - Alternator Description: I was travelling out of province when my 2021 Audi Q8 broke down in Toronto area during Thanksgiving long weekend. On Tuesday I called Audi Vaughan 9088 Jane St, Vaughan, Ontario L4K 2M9 to book an appointment and roadside service to tow my car. During my conversation with the representatives, I specifically asked about the warranty and rental cars coverage. I was told that it's under warranty and both repair and rental will be covered. They arranged me an uber to get to Enterprise for a rental pickup that was in a different location. On Thursday my car was ready for a pickup. I dropped my car off at Enterprise and connected with the service adviser to find out about the payment for the rental. The service adviser checked with his team and turned out that the starter - alternator issue was considered as a recall, and they won't pay for the rental. Next morning I received a phone call from one of the service managers. We've spent 20 minutes over the phone trying to figure out who was at fault. The manager was blaming me for the miscommunication and asking names who I spoke with. I tried to explain to him that if I knew about the rental not being covered from the beginning, I could've chosen a different path rather than dealing with all this. They refused to pay for the rental that is still concerning as I did my part by calling and confirming the coverage. Also, I didn't receive any communication regarding the recall. Finally, due to the issue, my family was put at risk as it was unsafe to drive. Concerns: lack of clear communication on both warranty and rental coverage. The recall was issued but we didn't receive any communication regarding this. Being out of province and dealing with this type of issues put more pressure and stress on top of what we've been already experiencing. I wasted a lot of my time by contacting dealership, towing, rental, uber, etc. that no one is going to pay me for. Service: The Service Adviser Shaun Hedrick did an awesome job by keeping me updated on the repair progress. He was also very professional when he was trying to help me with the rental issue. Appreciate his patience and would highly recommend him - 5 stars goes to Shaun Conclusion: The Dealership management should do a better job on keeping their staff accountable when they're dealing with this kind of situations. They need to be very clear on the coverage especially when it comes to the car rental coverage. If the repair took them longer, I could've ended up with the higher bill for car rental that I wasn't expected. I'll start by saying that I have purchased so many cars on the higher end throughout the GTA and mostly german made, but I have always stayed away from pfaff dealerships due to the bad experiences I had heard! This time, after finding a specific vehicle that I liked at this Audi dealership in Vaughan, decided to contact them and actually proceed with my inquiry/purchase. You as a customer, are not expected to run after a dealer to buy a car! These guys are arrogant, and have zero sense of any basic customer service in industry! I worked with two different dealers here, but it's very hard to pick the worst out of the two! A guy that I forgot his name and a lady named Jaquelin! When you show interest with a sense of urgency to buy a vehicle that is worth along the lines of $90,000, you would expect better customer service rather than calling with no returns, leaving voicemals without returns and emails that don't get answered! Worst service dept customer service, booked my appt Mar 22nd, ended up booking at the wrong Pfaff dealership, went to Newmarket for the booked appt Apr 14 only to find out it was booked at Vaughan, my oversight. Had booked a regular service, tire switch and recall, found out from the Newmarket location while there that even if I had gone onto the right dealer that day, my tires had not been pulled from storage and my service would not had been carried out, I live 1 hour from the dealer so spent 2 hours that day for nothing. I called the Vaughan dealer that day, left a message, no response. It has been 6 weeks since I booked and 4 weeks of follow ups and complaints including emailing and calling Audi head office and with no success in having anyone call me back. Even had Audi Mississauga service dept where I purchased the vehicle from trying to rectify and they too have had no response. Still need to have my service done and tires pulled for changeover. maybe I should have kept my GMC, at least their customer service was always top notch. read more

I can describe this dealership in two words: NEGLIGENT and DISHONEST. Pfaff Audi Vaughan is refusing to take responsibility for their staff's negligence and incompetence, and would prefer to have their customer pay for their mistake. I attended at the service department and advised the staff that one of my tires was losing pressure and I suspected a nail. No work order was opened. Someone allegedly checked the tires and I was permitted to leave. To my dismay, while I was on the highway, my tire began to lose pressure once again putting my life and others in a potentially perilous situation. After attending elsewhere, I was advised that not only did my tire have two nails, but the tire was now damaged, and the technician was surprised that a dealership permitted me to leave and drive. The solution offered by the service managers, Zoltan and Kelly, is that the labour for changing my tire will be free of charge, which equates to a $50 credit. The message is clear: the customer is responsible for the negligence of Pfaff Audi's staff. Audi has lost a customer, and I will not hesitate to make sure my friends and family are aware of their utter lack of integrity, and the negligence of this dealership, which is a dangerous combination. They then said "our employees didn't do it" when I confronted them. How can they not take responsibility for damage done to my car when it was in their care?! Booked appointment 2-weeks in advance for 08:30AM. Didn't hear from them for hours. Called at 2:00 and was told ' other walk-in customers had come in and that it would be a while yet.' 4:30 they called and said car was ready. I will preface this review by saying that I have and will continue to be open to resolution. I purchased my Q3 from Pfaff in June, my sales contact was Will. At the beginning, everyone was very kind and patient, assuring me that Pfaff was a superior dealership and they have hundreds of points of inspection that a vehicle goes through. I was purchasing a car that comes with a 2-year warranty and I have nothing to worry about. When it came to picking up my Audi, I was asked twice to delay coming down by hours (I am travelling from Barrie). When I arrived, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get paper work signed. The first error I encountered was done by Samantha Falzon. My vehicle that I was trading in was in my mom's name. Samantha asked me if she could co-sign as it makes the plate transfer easier. It turns out she just put the vehicle under my mom's name. I was given an ownership and told to sign it and it was my mother's name. I was told she was trying to fix this via email on June 13t. Nothing has happened. Samantha sold me an additional optional stone guard and paint protector, I stressed that there were paint chips on the hood and IF I am going to have a stone guard put down AND a paint protective coat, I would like the paint filled in. I was told this wasn't a problem and she will make a note of it. I also followed up with my sales rep Will as well regarding this. I was informed that the vehicle gets that done anyways. Fast forward to pick up date, the chips were not filled in (I will supply pictures). I have white holes under my stone guard. Will started filling in my paint chips with a paint marker in the parking lot. This was such a tremendous disappointment and truly tarnished my buying experience. I received ZERO delivery of my car. I was not shown anything around the car, my phone was not paired, I was handed the keys and told "congratulations". I felt like I was being pushed out the door and Will has already moved on to the next sale. As I get in the car, I realize that both of my keys have critically low battery and I have a warning on the dash. Of course, I told Will when I test drove the vehicle and he told me they would be replaced before pick up. When I informed Will, he told me they need a "special tool" to open up the key and they don't have it and I should drive to Barrie Audi to get it done. I asked what happened if my keys died while driving... I did not receive an answer. My boyfriend looked at the manual while I was driving and it showed a picture of opening the key with a coin to replace the battery. We stopped at Walmart on the way home and changed the batteries with our "special quarter". The next day of owning the vehicle, the strut mounts start clicking. I took the Q3 to a mechanic and they should have been replaced. I let Will know and he asked me to bring the vehicle down from Barrie to Vaughn. I at this point was also contacted by Bryce, the pre owned manager via text asking me to call him. I told Bryce my story and he informed me that he wanted to help and the situations I encountered should not have happened. He asked me to bring the vehicle down and we can meet in person, which I did. He took pictures of my stone guard and paint debacle, had a tech look at my car and told me that he would improve the situation. Bryce let me know that he would get a rental for me, detail and fuel my car for the trouble of driving down when I come for my appointment. He also let me know that Samantha should be contacting me and fixing the ownership on their end. After phone calls with Bryce, he doesn't seem to be making me an appointment and suggests that I take my car to Barrie Audi as it is covered under warranty to replace my strut mounts. He keeps telling me that he will get back to me about the stone guard. I went ahead with my appointment with Barrie Audi and they replaced the parts for me and gave me a rental at no charge. They did inspect the vehicle and found another part that desperately needed replacing- a part that was supposed to be "checked" under Pfaff's inspection. I left a voicemail for Bryce that went unanswered for around 4 weeks. I did send him a final text message (I will include a picture) asking him to contact me on Tuesday September 10th. I have also requested the copy of the "inspection" my Q3 went through as I am having doubts anyone looked at it. Upon getting my first oil change last week it was brought to my attention that factory air cabin filter and engine air filters were left in my car. My car was at 54K KMS at purchase (I did take pictures of the filters). I am really saddened by my experience with Pfaff as I wanted it to be so much better. I would have never thought this would have happened to me. I am sure not everyone has a bad experience but it's disheartening that Bryce, or anyone for that matter, didn't even have the basic decency to even respond to me. read more

Had issues with my car so I dropped it off. Was told I have an issue with my steering rack and quoted almost 6000+TAX for repair. Long story short, I escalated to Audi Canada because I believed the Dealer damaged my steering rack when they repaired my car previously. The dealership decided to actually check my car and found another issue, a rusted shaft, which cost 1400+tax to repair. It took Audi Canada 4 weeks to reject my claim, so I had no car for 4 weeks. The sad part of all this is that I decided not to repair the car at the dealership so I picked it up, it felt stiff for 2 minutes, and then it drove like nothing ever happened. So conclusion is those guys are crooks, my steering rack is just fine, and the other part maybe rusty but it's functional. So at best they would diagnose my issue properly and fix the rusted part, at worst they would rip me off and make me pay them 6000$+TAX for nothing at all and then add the shaft on top of that. read more

My experience Pfaff Audi, Pre-owned, in Vaughan, ON, has been disappointing and exhausting! I bought a Pre-owned 'safety-certified 2016 Volkswagen GTI two months ago. Two months later, the rearview mirror and the bracket that it was affixed to the windshield with came off, dangling, while I find myself in the middle of the highway. I hadn't touched it or wasn't rash with adjusting it. Thinking it was my bad luck, I took it to an Auto-Glass shop to get it fixed. The technician at the auto-glass shop told me that the rear-view mirror and the bracket were attached shottily on the windshield, and fixing the rear-view mirror would require a windshield replacement. When I told the auto-glass guy that I'd just purchased the car two months ago, he said to take it to where I bought it from as this was a clear oversight from the dealership. When I called Bryce Green from Pfaff Audi, he firstly was defensive and told me that I was being dramatic about the windshield replacement without taking any effort to fully understand the issue or any semblance of acknowledgement that it was possibly Pfaff Audi's fault. I pressed on and it was only fair that the service manager at least take a look at it, he reluctantly agreed. The service manager at Pfaff Audi, Anthony, rendered the same diagnosis that the Auto-Glass guy did. Anthony and Bryce were supposed to call me with a quote, let me know whether it should be covered under the safety certification requirement (which it should given there is structural damage to the car), and help me understand how much of it would Pfaff Audi would be willing to cover. I have called Bryce three times since, and every time he has told that he will check and call me back and failed to do so every single time. It's borderline unethical how these guys operate and Bryce Green, the sales manager at Pfaff Audi, doesn't even remotely qualify as someone who understands what customer service means. Extremely disappointed by the way I've been treated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Horrible service with terrible practices and uncouth staff! read more

This is by far the best car dealership I've ever dealt with (I'm a previous BMW and Volkswagen owner). The purchasing process was seamless and efficient; they handle everything. The financing specialist (Kim) is awesome and Ab, the salesman who sold me the car was also excellent. The service department has also impressed me; they found and fixed a brake squeal problem, corrected a couple of other minor issues and always had the car ready before it was promised. This is the worst dealership i have ever met. I inquired a vehicle in the middle of July, been told no stock. When I was ready for purchasing from another dealership, They called me saying they will get that vehicle i want by end of July and get me good price. I trusted them, took their offer and signed the paper with $2500 paid on Thursday and get credit approved same day. There is nothing happened on Friday and Saturday. When I follow up on Monday for the ETA of my delivery, the sales person said will let me know on Tuesday. Then on Tuesday, the sales person asked me to wait until Thursday. On Thursday, they are trying to let me wait until Sat....... I told them I need the detail info for my car delivery now, then they promised me will let me know by Friday. Now It is already a week after i sign the offer!!! I still not get any ETA for my car! Later Friday, Sales person called me told me there is No CAR for me, I have bought three different new cars last 8 years, this is the first time I seen this happened. I can not believe I waste a whole week and more for this ridiculous dealership..... and for my deposit refund, they did not get it done on Friday, they refunded on Sat. When I got back to the previous dealership and any other dealership nearby, Been told all the vehicles that I'm interested are sold!!.. Now I have no car to buy because of this ridiculous dealership. I didn't contact with any other dealership after signing, because I trust them. but their words are totally jokes. For any one who want's to buy Audi, choose any others but not here. This dealership has by far the worst service department among dealerships. First you are lucky if someone answers the phone, you most likely have to drive there to speak to someone like I did. Second, you can stand in service for about 15 minutes before someone asks you if you need help. Go enjoy their coffee lounge. At least you can have a free coffee while they ignore you. I had car in for oil change. They left a garbage bag full of dirty rags in the backseat. Apparently my car was being used to deliver the dirty laundry. The next time they dropped a screw driver on centre console and damaged it. Tried to blame me but then they replaced it. It gets better. Sent the car for lease end repairs for rims and paint chips. They somehow convinced me to buy the package for for 2500 bucks. Won't do that again. Anyway, they damaged a rim and cut the tire and tried to blame me again when they had the car. I'd you encounter a problem, be prepared to "deal with it" as this is th response after having paid 70k + for my vehicle. Sal listens to your wants, desires & expectations before making any suggestions or recommendations. This is the worst customer service ever received from any high end car dealership. Purchase a brand new vehicle and ran into a problem with it which several times after having taken the vehicle in for inspection, they cannot and will not do any more to assist with a vehicle they SOLD TO ME WITH AN OBVIOUS ISSUE. Please do not purchase anything here as their customer service is terrible when you encounter any issue with your vehicle, even if you're within your warranty. My second time bringing it in, they called to tell me they will not put it through the car wash since t was cold out -why not wash the vehicle and let stand dry for a couple minutes before parking it outdoors? Just horrible customer service and reliability and I will no longer return to Pfaff Audi for future purchases.
