    The only response received are illogical lies as an excuse to cover up their negligence.

    I can describe this dealership in two words: NEGLIGENT and DISHONEST. Pfaff Audi Vaughan is refusing to take responsibility for their staff's negligence and incompetence, and would prefer to have their customer pay for their mistake. I attended at the service department and advised the staff that one of my tires was losing pressure and I suspected a nail. No work order was opened. Someone allegedly checked the tires and I was permitted to leave. To my dismay, while I was on the highway, my tire began to lose pressure once again putting my life and others in a potentially perilous situation. After attending elsewhere, I was advised that not only did my tire have two nails, but the tire was now damaged, and the technician was surprised that a dealership permitted me to leave and drive. The solution offered by the service managers, Zoltan and Kelly, is that the labour for changing my tire will be free of charge, which equates to a $50 credit. The message is clear: the customer is responsible for the negligence of Pfaff Audi's staff. Audi has lost a customer, and I will not hesitate to make sure my friends and family are aware of their utter lack of integrity, and the negligence of this dealership, which is a dangerous combination. I can advise that my communication continues to be ignored other than that one generic email blaming the customer rather than taking responsibility for their own negligence.

    terrible service, does not matter that you make an appointment they work on walk ins who wait first. They bump you, no regard for your time

    Brought our Porsche in for tire and rim warranty, the service advisor who looks after us does not…read morepick up her phone, reply voice mails or reply to any of our emails. It's a one way street. It took 4 months for our new tire and rim to come in, good thing we have winter tires on at the time or else we would be out one less car to drive. 4 months down the road, we get a call from the assistant service manager that the warranty claim department needs a photo of our car with the wrecked tire/rim on the vehicle hoisted up on the lift. So we had to make another trip back to the dealership just so they can take a picture and proceed with the claim 4 months later - which had me thinking, what have you been doing this last 4 months? We received a call to book for an swap appointment a week after the photo was taken.... so that 4 months of wait and extra appointment was unnecessary and could be avoided if the people hired knew what they should be doing. FINALLY, On the day of our booked service, we were quoted that the tire/rim swap would be done by the end of the day. Coming to end of day, we get no update on our vehicle so we called and left 2 voice mails. No one got back to us. We called on the second day throughout the day and our service advisor answers the phone and told us our car will HOPEFULLY be ready by tomorrow.... So it takes 3 days on a booked appointment for tire/rim swap. On the 3rd day, we came by to pick up the vehicle on the agreed time with our service advisor, we came to the dealership, she was no where to be seen, we waited around, about half an hour later the service advisor manager Mike comes over to assist us with no idea where our service advisor is - great on Mike for stepping in and assist while every other staff just carried on with their life and didn't offer help. Apparently, according to our service advisor, the technicians also did not realize during our first appointment which was booked to analyze if our tire and rim needed replacement that our tires also needed to be swapped out. Hence why it took 3 days for our third appointment 4 months later. Lots of incompetent people and horrible customer service at this location. It's such a shame that the staff are causing such an inconvenience to the customers and no one cares
