Michael is extremely knowledgeable and explains every detail of the testing and answers any questions you may have. He is extremely personable and can relate to people very well. The testing is very thorough and best of all the consultation is free. He did not explain anything about the drugs he has prescribed and if they would interacts with other drugs I was taking. He seemed to be in a rush bot times, and most of all, he has terrible bedside manners. Not only was my visit a rip off, he could not diagnose the problem. After two visits, he said that I have to see a pulmonary doc for my throat irritation. I f there was a "0" star, I would give him that.

I wouldn't say he was dismissive, but before I could full explain my symptoms, he told me a diagnosis and that I would need vestibular therapy. He was friendly, I will say that but I felt like he wanted the appt over. He did mention two surgeries that they perform, if I wanted, instead of using a nasal spray. He didn't push for the surgeries, which I appreciated because I've gone to other doctors who will. I would probably give them a second chance if I need an ENT

When we arrived, we were greeted by the front desk employee and she was sure that we would have pleasant and friendly environment while waiting for meeting with doctor. She made sure that we know exactly where we stay in line to see Dr Edelman. Dr. Edelman is very pleasant, knowledgable and performed very detailed check up of our granddaughter. He explained her condition to us and gave very simple explanation of what should be done. Some people complained about waiting time. When I saw doctor Edelman, I realized why it takes a long time waiting: doctors are very thorough and make sure that all details are covered. He took time and did't rush. He is a great doctor. I went to an independent facility to get my hearing checked and that facility told me that I absolutely did NOT need hearing aids. Additional, MRI's were prescribed for me and I had the prescribed MRI's performed, I was then told that the wrong tests were ordered and that I would need to have a different set of MRI's performed. RUN, RUN, RUN from this practice!!! If I could give them -5 stars that is what I would grade them!!

They never take it easy on you but rather meet you where you are and establish goals to get you to the next level. I am far stronger and mobile than I was when arrived. Truly a delightful group of therapists to work with. I've witnessed them build one on one relationships with each patient and all resulting in positive results- emotionally and physically.
