We can already tell how much better he's able to hear, and they're smaller and easier to clean than what he previously had. Thank you for taking such great care of him. He's not always an easy patient, and I can tell that you all (Katie especially) made his day.

I was re-assigned to Katherine Rhoads who is very nice and believe is very competent. Today I had a scheduled follow up appointment with AA. I was called Friday to conform the appointment for 9:00 this morning. I arrived a bit early and was asked for my new insurance card (which I provided). Then I was asked for my Medicare Card (which I am not sure I even have one). I offered to provide my Medicare number but the receptionist said she required my Medicare card. I have been on Medicare for 4 years and have never been asked for this before; not from Associated Audiologists and not from my PCP, Ortho, NKC Hospital, Dentist Neurologist etc.. Now just for the record, Medicare has zero hearing aid benefits - Zero. I am the one paying the bill. So this is the 3rd time I had an appointment from this provider that was not honored. THE THIRD TIME!!!! Very disappointing after spending $4000 on hearing aids.

I am now a patient of Dr. Stacy Shutz in dermatology and this review reflects how I feel about her and about the office visits to this location. I have been treated with utmost respect on both occasions. The first time it did seem like I spent a great deal of time filling out paper work - though everything is actually done on an ipad. This time, I was able to do all the sign in work online before arriving at the office and that seemed to speed things up to a remarkable degree. I no sooner sat down after announcing my presence than there I was being called back to the exam room. Impressive in a room filled with folks waiting to be seen. The office site is large and very clean. There are tons of advertising materials everywhere but no one tried to sell me anything. This is my first go around with pre-cancerous spots and with all things dermatology. Dr. Shutz took time to explain what the different terminologies meant and what treatment would be best. When I expressed a concern about disfigurement that might result from treatment of the place on my face, she took me through exactly what would happen and what my face would look like during the healing process. I really appreciated her taking time to be thorough in this and not making me feel like an dummy or an annoyance. I am extremely pleased with the care I am receiving and now can highly recommend Midwest Medical.

I was able to get in same day by noon and leaving around 2pm. I was very nervous doing this since it was new territory for me but I felt more and more at ease with each interaction. The front desk ladies made sure to go over all the documentation I was signing and also went over all my options for anesthesia as well as after care instructions. They were very patient with me and could tell I was a bit anxious. I will say, I did have to wait a bit before being taken back but this is expected with a same day appointment so I am not in the least bit upset! I waited no more than 30 minutes!! The Doctor answered all my questions and even made sure to over inform me on everything that would be happening while I was under. I do not remember falling asleep or waking up, it felt like a matter of minutes. These ladies made my experience a walk in the park. I am currently on day 4 post-op and have very little pain and swelling! I could not be happier with my experience and level of service everyone provided.

Came to FSG because they processed through medical insurance. After booking the second appointment, I let them know that I had new insurance, and wanted to get that process going. I called no less than three separate times to speak with the insurance coordinator. Left messages, multiple times, with all the information. Today, on the day of my appointment they finally call back as i'm on my way to the appointment, and tell me that they didn't listen to any of my voicemails. They don't charge insurance any longer. When i got to the office they said it would be $1200. Its not even about the money, its about the fact that the office is so poorly run that they couldn't tell me that ahead of time. I'm in pain and need that treatment, now I have to make a new appointment somewhere else, and wait another month to get relief.
