DO NOT GO HERE!! I needed all new car door speakers aswell as a new subwoofer for the back because they were all blown. The manager told me that I can only get a stock OEM subwoofer and that no aftermarket products would fit. This was completely false. He also told me that he charges $110 an hour for labor which is absolutely RIDICULOUS. He told me it would take around 4 hours. Total came out to about $600 for JUST the subwoofer and labor not even including the door speakers and labor. After I got the quote I went to visit Radioactive in hopewell. They told me that they charge by THE JOB and not by the hour. After getting quoted for all new door speakers and a new AFTERMARKET subwoofer aswell as labor, it all came out to $679 . If you are looking to upgrade or just simply get your speakers or subs fixed DO NOT GO HERE. They will charge you an arm and a leg. Radioactive is wayyy cheaper and they have a lot more staff and people that know what there talking about. read more

We just moved to Fort Lee. After 5 days on the road, in my loud ass Jeep,I decided I needed a better sound system. I saw the one negative review but took a chance here. We had already hit Best Buy and found a head unit, touch screen we liked. Best Buy couldn't get one in even though it was on display. Stopped at this shop and spoke with Adam. Dude is friendly and knowledgeable. He got me into a powered sub and bad ass Pioneer touchscreen. I was so happy. Here is where it gets even better. Had issues with the Apple car play feature about a month after purchase and install. We traded phone calls, tried updates on my phone, different cables, etc. Real troubleshooting. After nothing would solve the issue they replaced the unit with a similar Sony, it was $30 more but has not failed me. These Guys are honest, stand by their work and do a great job. I was only charged the difference in the price of the unit. No new install fees. I'm so confident in them that I've scheduled them to do new halo lights and another light in my Jeep. wanted to install an aux jack into my acura Mdx 2007. They told me they can do it but they are going to need to order it and they require me to pay a $50 advance towards the $190 entire quote. I agreed and paid it to them. After leaving the store they called and said that they didnt include an additional part which would cost an extra $30 and so the total would be $220. I told them that thats fine. Next day they called again and said that the total would be $250 and instead of installing an auxillary connection, they would install something that would play the audio from the car FM radio. At this point I told them that I dont like the solution that they offering, cause I already have an FM transmitter i dont need another one for $250 freaking dollars. They told they can cancel my order but I would loose the money that I paid in advance and they would just keep my $50. Thats the reason I always use my American Express while dealing with the crooks. One phone call and they instantly charged back the dealer and gave me my money back. Better luck next time Mr Andy. read more
