We had already hit Best Buy and found a head unit, touch screen we liked. Best Buy couldn't get one in even though it was on display. Stopped at this shop and spoke with Adam. Dude is friendly and knowledgeable. He got me into a powered sub and bad ass Pioneer touchscreen. I was so happy. Here is where it gets even better. Had issues with the Apple car play feature about a month after purchase and install. We traded phone calls, tried updates on my phone, different cables, etc. Real troubleshooting. After nothing would solve the issue they replaced the unit with a similar Sony, it was $30 more but has not failed me. These Guys are honest, stand by their work and do a great job. I was only charged the difference in the price of the unit. No new install fees. I'm so confident in them that I've scheduled them to do new halo lights and another light in my Jeep. I highly recommend them.

Taking their time to do an estimate about a week with the car "A" Auto Body finally completed their estimate. THEY TOTALED THE CAR. Since the car only had a "repairable bump" on it and ran perfectly. Simply put my common sense radar went off and I told them I wanted the car. THEN I received a $2,300.00 approx. bill for my car being parked in their lot while they did the estimate and heard from the insurance company. In the mean time no one in the shop called to tell me I could pick the car up. This is a fee I was unaware and never told by the front desk when checking in ($150.00 per day.) The fee was an additional charge over and above any work on the car included other "charges" for the estimate itself. Their response when I voiced concern about the parking fees was, "The insurance company will pay." My review to other customers: Caveat Emptor - "buyer beware." Do your homework and don't leave the car.
