I called to set an appointment to get some work done and the gentleman on the phone was pretty friendly. Today was the day that I finally could come in and get the work done and both Gentlemen in the show room where responsive, attentive and eager to help. My scheduled appointment was on their calendar and they took my vehicle right away. One gentleman asked me when and how was I going to get back to my job? Which was probably 5 miles away. I told him that I was going to Uber back and he offered to give me a ride. He wanted to save me the money that I was going to spend on Uber, he gave me a ride and I am very appreciative. My car was finished same day within a few hours as they gave me in my initial estimate and very close to the price that was quoted. I feel bad that I didn't get more work done because these Gentlemen look like they're capable of doing so much more. I normally go to a shop in Richmond but I'm glad that I found this location. This shop is closer, great service and that's what we're all looking for right? If you need some work done come try these guys out. Went in to get a quote to have some equipment installed and I was quoted a reasonable price. Dropped my car off the have work done and got a call saying I don't know who quoted you that price but it is wrong and your equipment won't work... I took my car back ad watched a YouTube video on how to install my equipment and had it installed in and hour and a half.
