I payed for the employees MISUNDERSTANDING! I went in to get my windows tinted, I wanted all my windows to be the same (except front windshield) employee told me 2 different times that he didn't recommend I let him know that I understood and still wanted them all the same (4%). When the job was complete I told him the front windows were not the same he said he must of misunderstood me, I don't know how if he told me he didn't recommend 2 times. I asked how do we fix this problem and if I can speak with his manager (he said he was the manager) said I would have to pay to remove the tint, to tint and pay a up charge for the darker tint. I called in the morning to see if they still had any Black Friday deals going. George picked up and told me to swing by, so I did. I told him my budget and what I was hoping to upgrade, and he walked me through a few solid options without trying to upsell me to the moon. I ended up choosing new front speakers and a deck since he said my back speakers were still fine. When I came back to pick up my car, he told me he went ahead and added new back speakers too and still kept me under budget. Honestly, that kind of service is rare. horrible customer service made an appointment the day prior of showing up told them I can be there at 9:30-10:30 depending on traffic and they said that's ok I show up at 9:50 and George blue cap, tells me their full and have no time till in about 4 hours after talking he said it could be 2 hours, mind you just wanted to see why my remote was giving me issues and possibly just replace it. We talk and he tells me to leave the truck and come back later I tell him give me a time and I'll be back here I do that come back 1:30 later l walk in and he just takes my keys and doesn't say anything, proceeds to just talk to another customer then about 15 minutes later after that another guy takes my keys and gets a new key phob and in about 5 minutes it was ready. Plus he was telling me to leave the truck for the day while seeing I had no other form of transportation, how am I going to make an appointment and then get told they don't have time. 35$ for a new key phob, which isn't much but I got this alarm 8 months ago and payed 600$. Everyone else was okay but I would not recommend or be returning, I had got recommended them by a older gentleman but seems like they only treat older adults with respect and a 20 year old they treated like I was nothing. read more

Called on Sunday and spoke to the Owner, Eddie. Letting him know that both speakers on the right side of my car stopped working. He stated that he could have me in and out in a hour with two new speakers for $150 bucks. I made my appointment to show up and be told something else completely. Stating it would cost me closer to $300 and take at least 2 hours to have them replaced. The tech could tell I frustrated and explained to me that the owner doesn't know the timelines and such. But when why is the owner in this line of work? When talking to the Owner, Eddie, today he was completely rude and would cut me off while trying to explain my frustration. He continued to talk down to me and act like a bully. I ended the conversation telling, clearly you are not going to let me talk or explain. He just walked away. He was not the person i would take my business too ever again. But Heidi, was completely amazing. He apologized, explained everything to me and helped me understand the full process. Absolutely horrible. Their tinting is okay, still had some bubbles and had to come back to get it fixed, but that's not even where i get started lol. I brought some speakers in for them to install, they absolutely butchered the lining in the speaker with a screw and fully installed it without telling me one of my speakers was blown out. Came back and had them install new ones, they then proceeded to "show me my new sounds system" and it sounds exactly the same.. when i looked at the speakers in my trunk they weren't on at all and my compressor in the back wasn't turned on either. Not to mention they had to lift up the panels on the floor of my car and now they're always loose and falling off. Anyways i can go on and on about why i won't be back to this place. Worst place ever! The owner so rude! Had apple CarPlay added and all new speakers and window tint. Window tint was horrible left a bubble and had streaks in it. Called to tell them they said my car was dirty never fixed it left my car there all day told them my apple CarPlay don't work they said it was the cord when they recommended that cord. My husband had a new touch screen deck installed in my car, and I had to return to Audio Pros a few times on my own for some minor issues. Both times, they fixed the problems in a timely manner, I only had to wait about 30 min each time (without an appointment!). Mainly though, I am easily intimated going to car places without my husband. The employees at Audio Pros however made me feel comfortable enough to come in by myself. This place is such a pleasant to work with. Between Eddie Kim the owner and Art (technician) I had the best experience and customer could asked for. Not only they're very knowledgeable but also very friendly and helpful. New to auto audio stereo, they guided me thru in getting the right unit that'll work for my Mustang Boss 302. Eddie was also very nice to upgrade my unit to Maestro Kenwood 709S for free. Art showed me patiently how to work my new audio unit. I went around town, checked 3 different audio places this place was the cheapest price that was given to me for an upgraded unit. What a complete train wreck! The more I look at their install the worse it gets. I have never experienced such poor work. I had to go through and wipe up the disaster they left. They will cause a fire with installs like this. They deleted my last review cause the truth hurts. They should be embarrassed. Got a great deal for Black Friday. We bought a f250 super duty. It had old tint that needed to be taken off. (I understand it's hard to get off) also had no alarm system in it. I got the basic viper alarm with tilt because it has a lift kit on it. The windows tinted (no windshield). I took it in and when I went to pick it up at 7 closing time. It was dark so could not see the tint that well. Alarm was fine but tint was not good. Had to take it back and had them do it over. read more

Go somewhere else! Two days ago my fiance went in to shop for a subwoofer box to put in the back of her Tacoma. She found a Kicker box and asked for a price. Well then George, the "salesman", had the balls to tell her that if anything went wrong under warranty that she had to bring it back there. Even if she moved to another state. Said only 'they' could honor the Kicker warranty at Audio Pros. LMAO! She knew better and left....immediately went to a nearby competitor and found the same box cheaper, and when she told them about Georges bulls**t statement, they all laughed. Like anything else, you either can contact the manufacturer for warranty issues, or ANY Kicker retailer. George lost a sale and gained a bad Yelp review for lying. read more

Eclipse Tinting on Bangs Avenue FAR surpasses these goofs. Wishing we went there instead. We will never return to Audio "pros" again. First of all, they quoted us 3-3.5 hours. After nearly SIX hours had passed and when we called to check on the status and NO ONE answered the phone. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!! Dropped off a car with my own equipment to be Installed and was quoted $800. I said I didn't want to go over $800 and I was basically paying for labor because the apparently would take a long time. The very next morning I got a call from them saying that the camera I gave them wouldn't work because the wires were cut. Anyone who is in this business knows if the wires are not fiberoptic they can spliced together. He tried to up sell me $150 for one of their cameras, I said no the $800 should be enough to cover that and to make it work. I was called 2 more times for $150 up sale. This would be the third time I stated I was not going over $800. When I went down to pick up the car because it was ready, the car was not ready! I'm also a business owner and time is money. They had installed a camera anyways and I asked him to take it out and to put my original camera in and showed him it worked immediately. He got all mad started yelling saying I was entitled and I was giving him a hard time because this is a minority-owned business. By far the WORST audio place I've ever dealt with. First I got in an argument with Eddie because his prices didn't match everything else that was out there. I still said fine let's go ahead and do the install. I asked for a 7" screen, interior speakers and a back up cam. They mess up and give me a 6.5" screen. I go back for a 7" and they install that with the back up cam and speakers. After picking up my car I noticed my back panel is cracked from the back up cam install. My passenger door arm rest is broken, they broke the clips so it's lifted now and the wood grain on the passenger door is scratched up. I came back and showed them, I was calm and kept it very professional. Pedro or Adrian, I forgot which name he gave me, told me to my face, "This is our fault, we messed up. I would be mad if I were you too. We have to fix this and make it right". That was 2 months ago!!!!!! I have been trying to stay calm and deal with them as professionally as I could, but now this is disrespectful. They duck me, they put me on hold and never come back, when I try to call back they don't answer their phones, Eddie never called me back, Adrian, Pedro, A.J. has never called me back. Now I gotta go out my way and drive back there. This will get settled one way or another, but read this review very carefully. This place is absolutely terrible! I have done business with "Audio Pros" in the past and knowing a thing or two about car stereos they did what I asked no issues. I referred my best friend to them as he knows zero about car stereos and asked me to put together a system for him. This is where things went bat s#*t crazy. I made a list of all the components he needed to buy on Amazon aside from a head unit which he already had. Components, coaxials, amp, sub, sealed sub box and sound dampening. The cost for all this on Amazon came to $1,100 before labor. I knew installing the sound dampening would be a chore so I told him to expect the worst. He took his list to "Audio Pros" to get an estimate and he was told if they purchased the same system for him it would only cost a difference of $150. Now, my friend is trusting of people and thought he was being taken care of. What he didn't realize was the salesman George (The General Manager) "joke", didn't care for a second what his plan was or what type of system I wanted for him. He figured he could manipulate my friend and he didn't hesitate to. My friend was initially quoted $2,200 total considering the dampening I thought it sounded good, little did I know. I wanted my friend to have a nice smooth system with subtle, clean bass going with a 10" sub in a sealed box. My intent was not to turn his little Lexus IS250 into a rattle trap. Once George realized my friend was clueless he convinced him to go with a band pass box that was $250 more than the discrete box I chose on Amazon. He then convinced him to go with two amps. Now, my system would have ran perfectly on the single 5 channel I picked out. The mono and 4 channel George decided to slip in were combined another $150 over what I had listed. Not to mention my friend commutes in his car and needs any extra trunk space he can get. Adding the extra amp did not help at all but then again George never cared about any of it. As bad as all this appears it only gets worse. You may ask why am I writing this and not my friend. I am the one that blew this entire "scam" wide open. I told my friend I would drop off his car and he borrowed mine to get to work. He works in the bay and leaves at 3am so it was only possible if I did the hand off. Now, I know there are scammers in every profession and due to this I not only went to drop the car off but to make sure all the components on my list were there and to make sure they removed the stock speakers with care as I wanted to keep them, (aka make sure the new speakers were actually installed). I entered and spoke to someone and they pointed me to a stack of products. There were Rockford Fosgate speakers and amps with a Kicker sub and of course the overpriced band pass box. I was instantly furious and wanted to know who did this. The employee pointed to George and I asked him why nothing from my list was here and the entire sound profile had been changed. He told me it was all my friends' idea and he took no responsibility. I then called my friend and told him what was being said. He admitted he had been manipulated and shouldn't have been so trusting. I canceled the entire install and left. Unbeknownst to me, George had my friend pay up front $2,639 for all their own products in shop. In order to make more money George played my friend like a cheap guitar and didn't bat an eye. My friend called the shop the next day in order to get a refund and they gave him the run around saying "George" had to be there. When he finally got in contact with George it was I can't authorize it we don't give refunds, I will have to talk to the owner. After a week of being blown off and lied to, I told him to call the bank and get a reverse done on his credit card since not only had no service or work taken place they blatantly lied about what my friend was getting. Please read the fine print with businesses like this. If they can get away with it they will. My friend asked for his refund from the business on April 25th 2021 and he was told they would get in contact with the owner. That was the last time he ever heard from them nearly a month ago! My friend filed his claim with the bank on May 2nd 2021 and received a full refund "from the bank" today May 21st 2021. "Audio Pros" had no problem keeping $2,600 after being caught taking advantage of someone and providing absolutely nothing. It's not only unprofessional, it's disgusting and pathetic. I will make sure and tell everyone and anyone that will listen about this horrific experience. Stay far, far away from this place unless you like giving away money and being lied to. I'd give this place negative 10,000 stars if I could! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOLD NO LONGER WANTED BUSINESS FOR COMING GET MY INSTALLMENT FIXED . decided to bring my truck in for a quote on a system already knowing wat I was walking in for and getting as for my system, proceeded to get quote from a worker which was help and we had agreement so I set appointment for drop off. Next day I pick up my truck and amps r in wrong place from where they told me they would be mounted and were drilled into cab floor how was told they wouldn't . But that wasn't wat I realized first my seat was lifted 3.5 in at-least from level to other one and not even with force would go down because it was hitting on the amp where they just decided toss and bolt it.and my driver door's door check was Brocken , u open door and there is a loud pop now every time , so I decided go in next morning to have it fixed and looked at and ofc the installer walked up I didn't have say nun but open my door and let him look and he told me and explained he'd get it done for me , so later I come for my truck and the employee (not the Hispanic guys that were there) asked if I was there for pick up I said yes and he went on get my keys so I wanted make sure I got wat I was wondering cleared and questions answered based on lack of "professionalism" in first time I brought it and wanted ask if my highs and miss which I also purchased from them were checked and he wanted to start treating me like I was in wrong for asking and worrying about something I'm paying for and gave me my keys and told me he didn't want my business anymore. I believe it is unprofessional or lack of a mentality to treat a customer like that for going back and getting something fixed that was done incorrectly from clear view and just because u can't accept ur lack of work effort a quality tell them you don't want their business because they came back to get what they are paying for done correctly.
