I came here to have a back up camera installed. Upon picking up the vehicle the head unit (which worked great prior to drop off) now doesn't work. I picked it up at closing time and they didn't say anything at all. I noticed immediately that the touchscreen now was not working. I called day 2 and they said it's a cheap head unit. I agree. It was working perfectly prior to them wiring up the radio. They just hung up on me... now I will have to go through my credit card company for reimbursement. Proceed at your own risk. Had my dads truck tinted here as a gift to him. The tint was pricy compared to other shops but I figured it would be worth the job. I got the truck back and after a few weeks I noticed the film was not cut as close to the edge as other shops i have been too. Had my tint and car audio worked on about a year and a half ago. For everything across the board I paid $1500. My tint has faded to a different color and started scratching up within the first month. The tint on the rear window is so wavy I can see anything out of it. Next my speakers were fine for a bit and then stoped working. Come to find out they were grounding out on the chassis. They fixed that but now I have a speaker that doesn't work and the others are rattling so bad that they can't be listened to. Pulled off the tweeter cover and found that they were altered with a drenmel and glued in place. Haven't pulled the door panels yet but I'll have an update when I do. read more

Went into the Ceres location because I've been music-less for about two weeks after my deck stopped working. It was two weeks of hell I tell ya!! I'm a DIY girl so of course I already checked the fuses both inside my car and under the hood and they were fine!! Little did I know there is a fuse attached to the back of my stereo. The super helpful salesman (didn't catch his name, sorry) was busy working on a car but told me what the problem might be and even gave me the tools to fix it!! I took it apart right there in the parking lot and it was just a blown fuse!! He replaced my fuse at no cost even!! Of course I didn't let him get away with that! I left there a VERY happy girl! Amazing experience! Walked in and was greeted by a younger male. But he was busy helping a couple out, who had a lot of questions. So an older gentleman came to us. His name is Edy. He spoke fluent Spanish with Portuguese accent. He is a great salesman! We wanted the cheapest stereo for our work truck since our stock stereo kept locking. He offered the next one up was only $10 and had Bluetooth. Price includes installation a PLUS. So we went for that one. They told us to drop it off following morning at 10:30. So I did. At 11 they called us to let us know our check engine light was on and that they'd proceed. They called us at 12! that it was ready for pickup. This morning I realized the stereo has no CD player! :( Sad. Edy didn't mention this. So I called and they offered me to return tomorrow choose another and pay difference. I contacted a few different tint places and decided to go with these guys. Adam was really helpful and quick to get back to me on pricing and was even able to get me scheduled in within days. I think I got lucky with that lol. They say walk ins are welcome. But don't expect your car to be done just like that. It's a long process (my car took about 3 hours) and most likely there will be cars already there being worked on or needing work. So it's best to set up an appointment. Okay so down to the tinting.. I got my whole car done including 4 inches on the front windshield. 20% on everything. I was super pleased when I got my car back but had noticed the back two passenger windows had streaks on them. Before I left the shop I brought that to Adam's attention and he let me know that I shouldn't roll any window down for a minimum of 5 days and to park in direct sunlight and the streaks should go away. I waited a week trying to be patient and the streaks were still there. A bit irritated, especially being my very first tint job, I did more detailed inspection on everything. I know I should have done that initially when getting the car back But I found areas that I was not 100% satisfied with. Everything looked great at first glance but looking closer I noticed the film was all cut too high on basically every window and not cleanly tucked under the whether strips. Almost as if it was possibly rushed. I know they were busy that day. I even watched some videos to make sure I wasn't making a big deal out of nothing lol. I reached out to Adam after noticing all of this and eventually brought my car back to him so he can take a look. He said it's no problem at all to fix everything and we set up another appointment to get that done. He also let me know prior to coming back out that it's possible my actual windows on my car are causing the streaking on the two back passenger windows possibly due to some harsh cleaners from the previous owner. Who knows. I love my car so it's something I'll deal with. I brought my car back in today for the re tinting and am super happy with how everything turned out. I walked around the whole car to make sure it was up to my standards before I left. Haha! Adam even gave me a call a few hours later to follow up and be sure I was pleased with the job done.
