One festival gig stands out in particular. I rented a pair of speakers and everything worked flawlessly throughout the event. During load out one of the cables disappeared, which unfortunately can happen at festivals when things get hectic. Carlson Audio was very understanding about the situation and handled the replacement in a fair and reasonable way. It has always been a pleasure working with them and I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Waste of time and extremely rude and tactless employee. I do not recommend. If this was my experience with less than 2 min in the venue then I can't imagine how awful utilizing this companies services would be. As a side note- my money spends just as well as anyone else's CORT. My daughter's wedding is NOT low budget and I was there to look at multiple items, so this is your loss
