Be very careful. My hearing aids were taken from me by the gentleman at Professional Hearing. He…read moretold me they could not be repaired and I was given another pair...problem is my hearing aids were from 2017 and Resound hearing aids, I was given a pair of hearing aids from 2013, they could not be adjusted BECAUSE they are possibly from Costco....they are not Resound hearing aids as represented. When I said I could not hear with them I was told I did not know what I was talking about. So now I have useless hearing aids that I cannot hear well with and they are basically useless. I spent several hours on the phone with the Resound company and this is where I received the information that my hearing aids are not as represented and basically my hearing aids were stolen.

So far, I am very happy with the service this company provides. Jorgen tested my hearing and Bruce…read moreinstalled, so to speak. I was then asked if I had a preference on who I see when ever I return, they were both great, so either one. I got two new hearing aids with amazing quality, clarity, and well worth every penny. $5000 to be exact, they offered less priced aids, but I want the best sound quality possible, and I am now seriously enjoying going to concerts and shows when I have not enjoyed these things in years. My word comprehension has returned to normal, or even better. I can now hear things my wife can't. It's a bit like bionic hearing. Additionally, they came with a devise that hooks to the TV, so the TV sends surround sound to my hearing aids. Amazing clarity. Also, Works with my iPhone so all my calls are in stereo. All my apps play in my hearing aids. Awesome stuff. Technology is good.

Waited months to be seen, went to this clinic a total of 4 times and saw 2 different doctors. Had…read moresevere itching in my ear canals and couldn't get an answer as to what was going on. Dr. Falco was nice, cleaned out my ears each appointment but only prescribed me ear drops that did not work. At the second appointment, he didn't really know what else to do so I switched to see Dr. Van Buren. Van Buren was the worst doctor I've seen in 15 years. Bad attitude and wouldn't help me. When I described how intense the itching was and that I couldn't help it, he told me he can prescribe anxiety medication....so let me get this straight. Instead of fixing the problem , you want me to mask the symptom and just take anxiety medication? Unbelievable. I've never been more angry in a split second than that. Completely dismissive and rude. The second appointment I had with him, he didn't clean my ears, spent 5 minutes with me and told me to keep using the ear drops that haven't been working. $100 for that appointment for him to do NOTHING. I asked what he thought was going on since no one had told me. He said he thinks it's eczema and that he sees thousands of patients with this every year so I should listen to him. Yet what he's been doing hasn't helped me at all. What a quack. Completely incompetent. I was done with that pathetic excuse of a doctor and clinic then scheduled with Spokane ENT in downtown. The doctor at the downtown location was wonderful. Prescribed me a medication that helped then gave me a referral to an allergist who was able to completely get rid of the eczema. After 1 appointment. Do better Van Buren. If you hate your job this much then leave. I actively tell people to stay away from you and this practice.

Although you can get good hearing aids here, I would not recommend anyone come here unless they…read morewant to be treated like just another financial transaction and receive little to no help afterward. I would never recommend anyone work here. A typical day depends on your position, but you're told you'll have a "set schedule" that is rarely honored. They say they never expect overtime, but if you don't work OT, you're treated as though you have no work ethic or are lazy. If you won't work extra hours or take on additional responsibilities without extra pay, Trevor makes it clear he doesn't approve. I've heard him say, "I could do all of your jobs on my own and still keep this place going." The owner runs the company like a tornado. He comes into the office, creates chaos, and expects everyone else to clean up his mess--both figuratively and, depending on the day, literally. The administrative office staff are great, but they're constantly struggling to stay afloat because requests for additional help are always met with, "Let's wait another month." The office managers did their best, but they were left cleaning up endless problems and trying to fix the broken promises made by the owner. The owner promises great benefits but doesn't follow through. The health insurance was expensive, covered very little, and took over a year to become available. We were also told there would be a Roth retirement account with employer matching, but it was never finalized and was instead pushed off onto the office manager. He promises to be more organized and says he'll provide the files and information you need, but he doesn't follow through. Then he turns around and asks why he's paying you when it takes longer to search for the information than to complete the work. He constantly disrespects employees to their faces and then claims it's "just a joke." He makes inappropriate comments and brushes them off as office banter. He complains that no one wants to talk to him, but he doesn't make himself approachable or available. Instead of speaking directly with employees, he talks about them behind their backs and asks others how they're doing rather than asking them himself. In my experience, patient credit card information was photographed and sent to employees by text message for payment processing, which I believed was not a secure practice. Patient records were often disorganized or incomplete, making it difficult to answer patient questions because documentation was frequently missing. Based on what I observed while working there, I had serious concerns about some billing practices. I observed L&I being billed for services that I did not believe had been rendered or were billed at higher levels than I believed were justified. I also observed providers not being properly credentialed with insurance hearing portals, including NationsHearing, UnitedHealthcare Hearing, and TruHearing. Instead, orders and claims were submitted under Trevor Jensen's credentials or provider number rather than under the provider who actually saw the patient. This was another practice that concerned me. Employees are told they can take lunches and breaks, but the workload makes it clear you're expected to work through them. The only thing I truly liked about this job was some of my coworkers, who became genuine friends. Overall, if you don't stay quiet and play into his games, you mean nothing to him. He will toss you aside the first chance he gets. I would not trust Trevor Jensen with my hearing aid needs, nor would I recommend working for his company.
