When I went in a couple of weeks later they were silver not beige, so they sent them back. After 2+ months I've never received the correct color. They have sent them back at least 4 times because either they aren't communicating the correct color to the manufacturer or the manufacturer can't read the Rx correctly. A phone call to the Mfg should have taken care of the issue. As of June 13 I have no hearing aids & no refund, which will take few weeks and I'll need to find a new provider to start the process all over.

Since I had not had a hearing update exam in some time, she led me through an assessment of my hearing. Following that she updated my hearing aids which was a minor change but nonetheless made the hearing somewhat better. I had a couple of questions about performance of my aids which she was able to explain away sufficiently. I plan to continue seeing her on a regular basis and will no doubt get new aids next year as the time runs out on these. She is a very caring and professional audiologist. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs hearing improvement. And she still rides a mean moto-cross bike. And she has the awards to prove it.

The seating area was comfortable and the receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were running late to the appointment because of traffic and I was worried they'd make us reschedule for being more than 10 minutes late, but they worked us right in and we were able to see the doctor that day. The doctor answered my husband's questions and gave him several different options. She even walked us through the potential costs with our current deductible and recommended we wait on treatment to save money. That's never happened before!

I believe she pushed in wax guard and audiologist had to try and salvage to work on it to try and retrieve it. He could not and mentioned fittings around guard get worn and it will need to be sent in. This is a hearing aid only worn part time not during summer and is only about six years old. I've had many cleanings at other locations. Cost went from $25 to $360. I am hoping someone else will be able to help as I will not go through them. Very disappointed in the service. Audiologist seemed sincere, however this is very troubling.
