Unfortunately we're moving out of the area so this will be the last time we visit them. Thank you Pacific Northwest Hearing.

I would never recommend anyone work here. A typical day depends on your position, but you're told you'll have a "set schedule" that is rarely honored. They say they never expect overtime, but if you don't work OT, you're treated as though you have no work ethic or are lazy. If you won't work extra hours or take on additional responsibilities without extra pay, Trevor makes it clear he doesn't approve. I've heard him say, "I could do all of your jobs on my own and still keep this place going." The owner runs the company like a tornado. He comes into the office, creates chaos, and expects everyone else to clean up his mess--both figuratively and, depending on the day, literally. The administrative office staff are great, but they're constantly struggling to stay afloat because requests for additional help are always met with, "Let's wait another month." The office managers did their best, but they were left cleaning up endless problems and trying to fix the broken promises made by the owner. The owner promises great benefits but doesn't follow through. The health insurance was expensive, covered very little, and took over a year to become available. We were also told there would be a Roth retirement account with employer matching, but it was never finalized and was instead pushed off onto the office manager. He promises to be more organized and says he'll provide the files and information you need, but he doesn't follow through. Then he turns around and asks why he's paying you when it takes longer to search for the information than to complete the work. He constantly disrespects employees to their faces and then claims it's "just a joke." He makes inappropriate comments and brushes them off as office banter. He complains that no one wants to talk to him, but he doesn't make himself approachable or available. Instead of speaking directly with employees, he talks about them behind their backs and asks others how they're doing rather than asking them himself. In my experience, patient credit card information was photographed and sent to employees by text message for payment processing, which I believed was not a secure practice. Patient records were often disorganized or incomplete, making it difficult to answer patient questions because documentation was frequently missing. Based on what I observed while working there, I had serious concerns about some billing practices. I observed L&I being billed for services that I did not believe had been rendered or were billed at higher levels than I believed were justified. I also observed providers not being properly credentialed with insurance hearing portals, including NationsHearing, UnitedHealthcare Hearing, and TruHearing. Instead, orders and claims were submitted under Trevor Jensen's credentials or provider number rather than under the provider who actually saw the patient. This was another practice that concerned me. Employees are told they can take lunches and breaks, but the workload makes it clear you're expected to work through them. The only thing I truly liked about this job was some of my coworkers, who became genuine friends. Overall, if you don't stay quiet and play into his games, you mean nothing to him. He will toss you aside the first chance he gets. I would not trust Trevor Jensen with my hearing aid needs, nor would I recommend working for his company.

No no no & no as far as the ARNP I will say the receptionists are great but once you step behind…read morethe door that's it! I had questions about the referral and about the procedure this guy wanted to do and he totally flipped out and told me he felt like I didn't wanna be there and ya know what, he's right, I wanted to see a specialist due to my concerns and 3 previous surgeries done at Harborview, and didn't want him sticking a camera down my nose without first seeing and knowing how much metal is in my nose and face. He made me feel like I was beneath him but refused to provide me with a copy of the recording I consented to at the beginning of the visit. I did not go there for a procedure I was there for the first time to see a specialist. Bottom line, I'm extremely disappointed in Spokane Ear Nose and Throat and would Never visit them in the future. I'll just keep driving to Seattle and see my very caring knowledgeable Dr. A.J. Amadi even if my insurance doesn't cover it. I'd rather be taken care of than be treated like I'm a burden or have my questions & concerns answered with knowledgeable answers and care, rather than either not answer or make excuses or degrade me for even asking. I hope all your doctors aren't like this ARNP that's all I can say. Update: I was suppose to talk with the manager Kay Perry but I decided not to drive the 40 mile round trip in to possibly not be seen so I left a voicemail for her and for Patrick her boss but they of course did Not return my calls so I'll update if I hear from them however; I believe they won't contact me as this seems like a very dysfunctional medical facility. I'm positive there are fabulous doctors there unfortunately I was seen by an extremely unprofessional man who has issues with women. Update: Patrick Schmidt did call back and told me I'd need an order from a judge to get a copy of the recording of the visit I had which I believe is against HIPPA however I called my attorney for clarification. Geez these people have gone nuts! Oh well I'll Never Ever recommend Spokane ENT to anyone, especially women.
