I went from an ENT visit in Palm Coast which turned into Ormond Beach 3 hours B4 appt. So my 40 minute ride went to 90 1 way. Call center appt with ENT and get hearing test. Became a CONCILIATION for hearing aids. Audiologist doesn't understand English or how to use her printer. Come back to see ENT. It will be a cold day in hell that I let anyone there come near my hears. Oh and I tried to leave this on there site. But, there site only excepts 5 stars. This is my bill to you. $20 hr travel time 3 hrs. $20 in gas. If I could this review would be -10

I really hate to do this. the doctors, are amazing…read more the management/front desk staff is getting this review. there's too many negatives to list but here are a few 1.They don't answer there phone (many times waiting, and then it hangs up or says no one is available) 2.They're scheduling is often forgetfull. (we have scheduled appointments, in person with and were given one of the business cards with a time and date) and we show up, and they say "sorry, you're not on schedule today" - thankfully they will squeeze you in, but you will be waiting an hour plus... and with a little one- that is not always feasible - appointments are there for a reason- long story short, they over BOOK, and then give you worst service 3. referrals - we have waiting 16 plus days (business) for a referral for our daughters ear infections that she gets. for an ENT- still to this day (19 days) have not gotten an update - and we are not allowed to schedule it without a referral - we called the office 10 (business) days after to check up and we're told to find an ENT place ourselves- which is not possible without a referral. 4. I urge you not to go here for normal visits- emergency sure. Doctors are great but that are not allowed to help you and are rushed. Sadly I've never left a bad review but this is more than terrible service.

Oh my God I just had the worst experience at Atlantic Hearing in balance I've been a customer of…read morethem for the past nine years today I went in and I felt rushed I felt like I was being sold A Bill of goods I felt like there was no empathy at all every year I buy the extended warranty for my hearing aids my left ear stopped working. My left hearing aid stop working June of this year it went in for repair got my hearing aids back and working fine went back in September nobody told me that my extended warranty was expired and now I come in on my December check up and my left hearing aid is not working. now it's out of warranty and of course they want you to buy a new set of hearing aids maybe I need to find a new place to buy the new set of hearing aides. It seams as Atlantic Hearing and balanced got bigger they forgot about the little guy the people that was with them from the beginning when they were in one room in a doctors office

I have been struggling with severe vertigo on and off for over a year since a bicycle accident…read moreMarch 2019. This recent episode of vertigo was horrible and was almost constant for over 3 weeks. I went to an ENT, medical doctor and Chiropractor and nothing helped. I was miserable. I was given the number for Atlantic Hearing from the Chiropractor so I called. It was the best decision. Not only did they see me the next day, Dr. Hoffman stayed late for me on her birthday! Dr. Hoffman and her assistant were so patient and understanding. After many tests (procedures) moving my head and position, they were able to determine that I definitely had BPPV and the location of the crystals in the ear canals. They did one maneuver, similar to the Epley. I actually felt the crystals move.....And now, I have been vertigo free since June 18th! Thank you all so much!!!
