She's gluten free, so I searched and found that Audra's offers GF food - great! We visited twice... the first visited was the first thing we did when we first arrived in town; the second visit was the next day. Andrea is very friendly and makes amazing chai and pastries, including many gluten free items. Andrea's other guests are also welcoming and friendly. The restaurant + store is named for the way[some of] the Scottish people pronounce "copper cow," referring to one of the few colors of Scottish Highland cows. We enjoyed: - two iced Chais - Two GF snicker pies - One GF pumpkin pie with cream cheese icing - One four-pack of amazing GF dreamcicle and dark chocolate chip cookies - One Gf chips and dip - Two cherries and one apple danish We also picked up some Thermopolis / Wyoming stickers and postcards. I was apprehensive about going to Audra's, the neighborhood leading into it was different. But holy smokes--what an awesome coffee/tea house. Audra and her friend were super friendly, gave us the backstory of Thermopolis, and gave us directions to the laundromat. The coffee....wow. I have a pretty good idea of exactly what type of coffee I like and am often disappointed in the coffee. This was NOT the case here. I asked her to make me something, she asked a couple of questions about likes/dislikes and then made me one of the most delicious cups of coffee. The shop itself is so dang cute. I would have loved to have the time to sit and hang for part of the day. 10/10 recommend. read more

I am so thankful to have found Audra's Copper Coo via Yelp reviews prior to visiting Thermopolis. I was a bit confused when my gps navigated me away from downtown to a more residential area but then saw the signage out in front, available parking, and a note to "come on in"! That I did! I was drawn by the GF baked goods, good ratings, and desire to support a local coffee shop. Staff and owner are incredibly friendly and excited about the coffee shop and it's offerings. They made a custom espresso, club soda with blood orange syrup for me and I gladly purchased several of their GF, monkfruit sweetened baked goods! I highly recommend a visit. Went once to meet a friend. Pretty hard sell on their baked goods which I was not interested in. Got my order in a cheap paper cup and was not asked if it was a "to go" order (it was not). Not impressed with the coffee and, as soon as the local high school let out for lunch, the place filled up with noisy preteens and teens. Have not been back. Try Storyteller or Nature's Corner for a coffee or tea and conversation date for adults. read more

Found this GEM while driving through Thermopolis today, and I'm SO glad I did! It's a bit off of the main drag, but nothing is too far out of the way in Thermop, and this place is WELL worth it. It's a cozy spot, with warm, welcoming decor. GORGEOUS main countertop with penny underlay. Staff (I assume was Audra and her helpful daughter) was super friendly and engaging, as were the locals hanging out inside. THEY HAVE BOBA!!!! And not just tapioca - they have three flavors of "bursting" boba, and a large variety of flavors and milk options. My daughter ordered a strawberry flavored milk tea with tapioca boba and loved it! Lots of loose tea options as well for the non-coffee drinkers. I ordered a Mocha Latte (Soy, Coconut, Almond and Oat milk options for us lactose intolerant/allergic peeps) and it was EXCELLENT. I am a bit of a coffee snob and am pretty picky about my espresso drinks. Audra really seems to GET IT and knows her stuff. I absolutely LOVE finding unique, high-quality LOCAL coffee joints during my travels, and Yelp did not disappoint today! I'll be spreading the word about this lovely place, and will make a point to stop by whenever I'm in town! read more

LOVED. IT. I stopped into Audra's sweet little coffee shop and I did not want to leave. Not only is the atmosphere of her space cozy and warm, but Audra herself is such a sweet soul. She bakes all of the delicious treats and they were all gluten free and dairy free. I had the hazelnut chocolate chip cookies made with hazelnut meal and almond flour and they were pure bliss. I also ordered an almond milk latte and it was one of the best I've had. If you have a moment, stop in and see Audra. You will be happy you did! read more

So glad we found this hidden gem!! They had delicious gluten free and sugar free desserts. I'm not a gluten free gal but we DEVOURED our desserts. What a cute little place to stop and have a great cup of coffee! We had a wonderful talk with the owner she was so welcoming and informative about the area. Great decorations inside with plenty of seating, we bought cute merchandise and really enjoyed our morning coffee. At first we thought our Maps app was giving us incorrect directions because Audra's is across the railroad tracks and tucked into a neighborhood, the little drive was well worth the hunt to find it.
