When I consulted with Gitlin, the whole staff and doctors (of this family business), went as far as possible ensure my treatment was white glove. Face it, no one likes going to the dentist or having large procedures but at Gitlin Dental the entire team works to make you comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Didn't even check to see if any part of this treatment would be covered by insurance. Invisalign was never suggested from previous doctors and didn't see a problem myself , but apparently they did. He removed the old metal crown the dentist used and replaced it with a tooth colored one. Even though the tooth was in the back of my mouth and would never be looked at. I appreciated him taking such great care of a tooth I would rarely see or even think about. I went back to him to have silver fillings replaced with tooth colored ones and when I needed another one done he used a Laser instead of a drill to remove the cavity. If you're in a rush best to make the appointment for a day and time you have extra time. During my first crown installation we ran late because I told Gary it was uncomfortable. He wouldn't let me leave until it was absolutely perfect. 10/10 - Recommended to family and friends!

They seem to care more about money and billing insurance than quality care. I was in a really difficult position due to my insurance and not being covered within the next month. I went in for wisdom teeth removal, consult. She told me I need them removed, which was correct. (Later confirmed by multiple surgeons). She also told me I had four cavities, which I don't think were correct. However, I went through with getting them drilled and filled because again I wasn't going to have Insurance come a few weeks and places I called that took my insurance were booked until the following year. She booked me for two separate occasions however I pushed to get them filled all at once, which ended up being completely fine. She was also aggressive in treatment and offered nearly 5 additional treatments within the first five minutes of the original appointment. On top of that I booked my dad for a first time appointment and she told him he needs veneers... He absolutely does not need veneers. She also offered nearly 5 additional treatments all of which were absolutely unnecessary. We will not be going back and I highly recommend other others to seek help elsewhere.

I went in for a cleaning and she pushed me to get veneers, I needed fillings and instead of doing the fillings, she processed my teeth for veneers, She was telling me I needed it when all I needed was one tooth fixed. All they care about is money. I have the veneers done and all I had was pure infection in my gums because she had no idea what she was doing. Told me she was shaving my teeth down a little bit ended up looking crazy. And when she put the veneers on, she puts so much cement and told me not to floss my teeth. I had a horrible infection that she refused to fix. She told me "that's your problem" And proceeded to lie to my insurance when I contacted them about the situation. She pretended she didn't know who I was. Overcharged me for cleaning. Office was dirty and disgusting. And they just push you to write a positive review for them every single time you're in their office. Within two years, I have already broke three veneers and not because of food consumption they were just cheap. I did go to a different dentist to have everything checked, and they were disgusted on how my teeth were left. Please, I advise nobody to go here, unless you want to leave with more problems that you went in with. Manipulative. And a scammer.
