Made an appointment 6 months in advance for a cleaning. Previous visit I was absolutely not impressed with the dental hygienist's work. Her demeanor was unprofessional and rude , the cleaning was the fastest cleaning I have ever had and was not thorough. Day of my appointment I get a call to cancel because she called out. Rescheduled for over a month later. 20 minutes before this rescheduled visit she called me to let me know I needed medical clearance for a condition they were told about upon rescheduled had noted in my appointment and ok'ed! Was never told I needed medical clearance. When I questioned why I would need a medical clearance for a basic cleaning she had no answer, I then asked why would the person who reschedule me ok it and why would she call 20 minutes before a visit and she got very defensive. My guess is she had all intentions of cancelling the visit since it was probably the last one for the day. My husband and I will NOT be returning due to this particular dental hygienist and her sneaky and rude behavior. read more

This dental center run by crooks. He forced me to perform root canal in his center, even he was not capable. He estimated cost $1138 and insurance cost approximately $4100. I went to see Dr. David Browdy and he charged me $185 to perform best root canal. When I called Great Expression for crown, his assistant told me cost will be $983, while it was $180 . He charged my daughter $150 for filling. This man is a mugger, in the name of dentist. Never every go to see him. All staff members are looters and I believe they receives share after getting money from patient. Cleaner clean my teeth with horrible job and recommended for deep clean, which will cost by $500. When I asked him to clean my teeth, she refused to do proper job. Don't go in this office. read more

Terrible customer service! when I go to the office there is not one ounce of comfort or caring for anyone in that office. Constantly, making mistakes with my dental work. Last time I didn't want him to take X-rays, because just had done a CTScan, and because of so much radiation, I asked him not to take X-rays. He said if I don't do X-rays next time, i wouldn't be able to go there. Just like that, cold as ice and mean! Dr. Arneja is uncaring, cold and obnoxious. there is a 15 minute grace period for appointment, my appointment was for noon. I was running late because there was an accident on the highway and I was leaving from work. Mind you there is no parking near that office so finding street parking gets rough at times. That being said I was two min over the grace period because of the parking situation and they told me they can't see me anymore, that I'll need to reschedule. TWO MINUTES people AFTER I called them and said I was going to be running late. I just don't think it's fair. crooked dr I never seen any doctor like him in my life they are fraud they recommend the unnecessary treatment to patients so they charge them and he did with me $95 and my husband $800 unbelievable.save your self and stay away from him all off my doctor are Indian they ar so lovely and humble BuT He is not like them really bad experience. read more

The dentist, Amandeep Arneja, threatened my wife that he will call child protective services because she did not do as he advised in the last visit to have a pediatric dentist see my son for a handful of small cavities. If it happened to be a life threatening situation, he should make that known but to threaten because he feels personally offended for not following his instructions is completely out of line. read more

This is hands down, the most disfunctional office, both medical and dental, that I have ever visited. They cancel appointments the day of, they bill incorrectly and then you cannot get anyone to fix anything, they call to reschedule almost every appointment, and most importantly, the work of the dentist(s) is sub-par. They make no priority to get you in for an appointment to fix work that did not hold up and/or was done incorrectly. Once Dr. Herman left it seems this office went down hill. The dental hygienist I do / did like; I thought she did great work and was always helpful. The unintelligent folks that work in the front on the phones and in billing are the types that will not work until 5:01pm if they are only supposed to work until 5:00pm. Typical these days, I suppose. Zara's dressing rooms are still not open because they cannot find workers - they should hold a job fair right at Levittown Great Expressions, as their current employees would be better off sequestered in the Zara stockroom rather than ruining what was two years ago, a decent dentist office. I would suggest this office for cleanings only, that you review your billing statements frequently and keep record of everything. If you require any dentistry work outside of annuals, be forewarned. read more

I spoke to this particular female staff over the phone to confirm an appointment. I can't remember her name. It was clear to me that she had an attitude and almost sounded like she was forced to work there or something. After a I told her to cancel the appointment, she just hung up on me. It was a very unpleasant conversation and she was rude. I am done with this place. I'm giving two stars only because the female dentist was friendly from what I remember. read more
