I explained the car has to be towed where ever it is going because the line gave out - meaning I will not have any brakes. That tells you something. HOWEVER, when I called Donovan's and explained the problem they KNEW exact where the line gave out! They know what they are doing. At…read more6:30pm on a Friday night and a good 90 miles from home it was a relief when RRR was the first to pop up on Yelp and show they were open until 11:pm. Our truck has slightly oversized tires not something they had readily in stock. They did however call their other locations and even a competitor to try to find me a tire that night. Coming up with nothing they were able to overnight a tire at no additional cost. They had the tire by 9:am the following morning and had me back on the road by 10:30am. Definitely a thumbs up to Mike for getting me going. RRR made a bad situation better by being so helpful and easy to work with.
