The issues that I faced in two appointments at the end of 2023 are as follows: (1) They have an office staff; but, every time I called, my call was steered to voicemail and I would say only half the time my calls were returned. (2) When my main provider's pharmacist called to discuss prescription items, they never got a live person either. Over a month with 5 outgoing phone calls from my pharmacist, Epiphany NEVER returned the phone calls. All in all, this is one of the poorest and most unprofessional places that I have ever been referred to. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

She said because I had worries I needed counseling. She called the police and I was forced to get counseling before she would help me. Bottom line I have to continue suffering with sores that look like cigarette burns. I waited weeks because you do have to have a referral. I was turned away to suffer until I get counseling. How can anyone get counseling when they suffer every day with pain and a fungal skin affection. The skin clinic and their website is misleading.
