The issues that I faced in two appointments at the end of 2023 are as follows: (1) They have an office staff; but, every time I called, my call was steered to voicemail and I would say only half the time my calls were returned. (2) When my main provider's pharmacist called to discuss prescription items, they never got a live person either. Over a month with 5 outgoing phone calls from my pharmacist, Epiphany NEVER returned the phone calls. All in all, this is one of the poorest and most unprofessional places that I have ever been referred to. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

Everyone, including other patients in the lobby area, was masked. Dr Alison Fischer was professional, caring and took her time to discuss and explain several procedures and treatment options. She was also able to do one of the procedures in the office on the same day, without having to schedule another appointment. The MA during my appointment was excellent as well. I will definitely be continuing my dermatological care with Southside in the future.

I called the next day, asked about the price, and cancelled the prescription. Luckily the pharmacy they selected to mail it to me every month hadn't filled it. So I cancelled the prescription. Then I cancelled my next appointment with the clinic. I was in bad shape when I arrived, so I wasn't quick enough to ask about the price, but a $1500 prescription that is almost never covered by insurance is something patients should be warned about. He is an excellent dermatologist and sees not only me, but also my wife, my mother-in-law, my father and my mother. He helped my mother-in-law with some skin cancer and was able to successfully treat her with minimal issues. We trust him and we enjoy the care and professionalism of the clinic very much.
