The front office staff was helpful, all extremely COVID cautious, with temperature checks, screening questions, plexiglass and hand sanitizer in the small lobby area. Everyone, including other patients in the lobby area, was masked. Dr Alison Fischer was professional, caring and took her time to discuss and explain several procedures and treatment options. She was also able to do one of the procedures in the office on the same day, without having to schedule another appointment. The MA during my appointment was excellent as well. I called the next day, asked about the price, and cancelled the prescription. Luckily the pharmacy they selected to mail it to me every month hadn't filled it. So I cancelled the prescription. Then I cancelled my next appointment with the clinic. I was in bad shape when I arrived, so I wasn't quick enough to ask about the price, but a $1500 prescription that is almost never covered by insurance is something patients should be warned about. Now I'm worried they'll send it anyway. I'll call the pharmacy again this afternoon.
