Kelvin refused to honor the sale price or the receipt my contractor provided, which clearly stated the quantity and price of the items I purchased. He accused me of attempting to deceive him. This was an unusual situation. The company advertised the sale, and I sent him a text message with the receipt and a screenshot of their website. He stated that he would refund the money, but he subsequently posted a refund for $0.01. As other reviews have indicated, the product is of high quality, but the customer service is poor. Kelvin is challenging to communicate with and lacks reasonableness. Despite Kelvin's difficult behavior, the mulch was of excellent quality and the most cost-effective option I could find. Therefore, I recommend purchasing the product. While it is of good quality, it is advisable to avoid using Kelvin's services.

I have a half-acre filled with trees, surrounded by neighbors who also have a half-acre surrounded by trees. You can imagine the leaf accumulation in a single Fall season. Green Branch has superb equipment and professionals who know how to use it. Every leaf on the ground, trapped between thick iris patches and shrubs, on the sundecks and under the sundecks, and behind my shed are all gone.
