I finally called my HVAC company, since I was worried that they might have clogged the drain, and found that Ace had punched a hole in the sheet metal to access the duct in the garage, and the plug that they put in the hole did not fit tightly. So every time my air-conditioner kicked on it was pulling in stale air from the garage. It cost me $90 for them to put a 6 inch strip of duct tape on. I'm not very happy about that. Also, when Ace came they did not tell me that it would take them four hours. I went outside in the yard since there was equipment everywhere and got a terrible sunburn. A warning about the length of time would have been nice. After they left, I found an 8-foot scratch in my hardwood floors where something had been dragged. These employees definitely were not gentle or considerate of my home environment. Basically, my ducts are clean so I'm giving them a two. The additional $90 to cover a hole And The to-be-determined cost of repairing the scratch certainly do not put Ace in the economical a reasonable price category.

They discovered a length of duct about 8 feet long with deteriorating insulation on the inside; they came back and spent several hours cleaning that out and stabilizing the surface. All at no extra cost! This was after they were already the lowest quote by a good margin. 5 stars, definitely.

Joseph asked for a pic of my problem area and he sent a bid immediately. The 2 guys were at my house Tuesday ( which was 4 days from the initial contact). I had a 3 foot area on the edge of my driveway that was crumbling, it butted up to the walkway to my front porch. the walkway is trimmed in brick. The guys cut out the crumbling concrete and added a line of brick to match the edge of my walkway and it looks FANTASTIC ! They returned the very next day and did an acid wash and I'm SO pleased with their work and attitude. Give these young men a call because I feel you'll get some quality work as well as great customer service! Btw, I am not related to them, never met them before, this is a true review of a business.

Due to our busy work schedule we decided to hire someone to clean the carpeting. They also offered professional home cleaning so we thought we'd try that as well. My husband spoke with someone from the company who stated they had cleaned and deodorized the carpet. A few days later when two ladies were to come back out and clean the residence, my husband decided to pop in on them. He found one in each bathroom cleaning. Not even a full week afterwards, I visited the residence with a potential renter and was very embarrassed. The home was NOT deodorized; in fact, there was a horrid smell lingering in the air. The two ladies had spent 4.5 hours cleaning the empty house of 3 bedrooms and two baths. Dead flys remained in the window sills. Some windows had not been cleaned. Cobwebs still remained in numerous areas. Floors were only lightly mopped, not scrubbed which left food, mud, etc on the floor. Fixtures were not wiped down, nor were the appliances leaving remnant dirt and food splatter. I could go on but I'm sure you get the picture. Normally, it would take only myself two hours to clean this house. They had a four hour minimum. For 4.5 hours of two ladies time, I expected near perfection and a clean smelling home. Especially at a cost of $450. Never again!! I can hire someone local looking to make a few extra dollars who would do a better job. Save your money and look elsewhere for professional cleaning.
