Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I followed up with an email. The florist only then sent a photo of the delivered arrangement, which looked nothing like the advertised photo. I was deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual arrangements. Knowing I was from out of state, they apparently thought they could send any quality of flowers. If that is their standard practice, it is unfortunate and I do not recommend this florist.
