After placing the order, I asked the florist to send me a photo of the arrangements and provide an itemized bill (I'm located out of state), but neither of these requests was fulfilled. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I followed up with an email. The florist only then sent a photo of the delivered arrangement, which looked nothing like the advertised photo. I was deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual arrangements. Knowing I was from out of state, they apparently thought they could send any quality of flowers. If that is their standard practice, it is unfortunate and I do not recommend this florist.

A sweet family in the surrounding area decided to take donations to put together flower bouquets and deliver them to nursing homes to brighten days and bring smiling faces. This business went out of their way to attack that family and essentially shut them down because they felt they weren't getting the business they deserved.
