I had large amount of shingles falling off. I called a lot of companies and self employed people. They kept putting me off, wouldn't even come look at it. When I called Aultman Roofing, they came right out, got in touch with my insurance company and got the work done! Did a good job! read more

Aultman Roofing helped get us a new roof several years ago when Allstate was being very difficult. They were persistent and got an appeal done, and replaced our existing roof. The work was done in a day and the cleanup was very good. read more

Staff very rude, cost was more when completed than original quote. Mess was left for us to clean up. Overall very bad experience and learned later this was their norm from other customers. read more

For the love of all that is holy don't use this company!!! Yes they can do the job very fast but the roof you get,,, well let's just say it's less than you want. I had my roof done by them last year and they jacked my chimney up bad. Then when they fixed it they tried to charge me for fixing what they broke. I refused to pay and wanted to take it to court and they finally said the bill didn't have to be paid. Welp less than a year later the chimney is leaking and they will not even call me back. So I called and called just trying to get a letter stating that the warranty would be good if I had the leak fixed and they wouldn't even do that. Crap customer service after the sale. Hope I don't have another issue, I know I will not have any customer support if I do. read more

At first it was a great experience, Wil assisted and made it seem like it would be perfect. I talked to many companies and believed this company would be my best choice. Then it all went downhill very quickly, after insurance was approved. They changed from what they advised(I have it all on recording and won't honor what was originally stated.) also their roofers stole from me and left trash all over my yard from their lunch that I had to clean(which is also on camera and they refuse to acknowledge.) Altman roofing not only put new roofing on the house but coordinated some complicated modifications and got it all done in one day. There was a leak around the chimney and they came back and took care of it immediately. No problem since. read more

Honest family owned business. They only use quality materials and do a professional install.

I would not recommend this roofing company, owner is very arrogant. There are MANY good roofing companies in the Dalton area, this however is not one of them. read more
