Felix installed my driveway last year. There were issues from the start. He did not have enough…read morehelp. One helper for the prep work and 3 helpers( 1 had zero experience) for 25 yards of concrete. Did not compact the base. The results reflected the poor preparation and lack of sufficient help. I contacted Felix 3 weeks after the install regarding the defects. Initially he tried to blame the "mix" , but admitted the workmanship issues when I finally was able to have him come look at the driveway. He assured me that if the driveway progressively deteriorated he would return and correct the defects. I recorded our conversation. I contacted him -sent him photos-he does not want to know me--his word is worth nothing. He now tells me that I only had a one year warranty(1st time hearing that) despite the fact that I had him return within 3 weeks of installation and he witnessed and admitted there were installation issues--spalling--dimpling--wire coming through the surface--60 linear feet of cracks---HIRING FELIX IS A COMPLETE ROLL OF THE DICE****BUYER BEWARE*****

I had spoken to many people on pricing to demo. They were all extremely high. Josh and his team were referred to me by Clayton's Homes. My stress points were no home and a baby due mid January and at this point we were living in a hotel. Josh and his team came and beat all of the other prices by a mile. They were FAST, Efficient, courteous, very professional. Even when Josh wasn't on the site. The men knew their job and just kept on doing it. Not one man was lazing and just sitting back. His team also brought in 14 loads of dirt to insure my house would be level, ran my footers and also ran new water lines and sewage lines to be sure that everything worked properly. The job the crew did…read moreyesterday at my home in Dunlap, TN was OUTSTANDING.  The crew arrived on time, laid out the curbing, made small corrections in layout that I requested, and completed the job earlier than expected.  I am THRILLED at the way the curbing matches and complements the stone work on my house.  The worker that added the coloring to the concrete was an artist. The crew left my driveway area clean and neat, and they gave me good instructions on the proper care and curing of my new curbing. Several of my neighbors have already stopped in to tell me how good the curbing looks and asked for their business card. I'm certain they'll get more business in my community!
